Wow. What a way to treat customers. Because that’s what we are. If we’re paying for your “service”(because let’s face it, you guys generally have 0 customer service and social skills), why should I have to be treated like an inconvenience?
There’s always something…. But something feels off. I know it’s a business but the patient wants to know about cavitys, if not, have a simple cleaning and go on with their lives.
easy to understand. I really like him!

Why are there so many complaints on line it scares people. Very confused
DSO operated dental offices are backed by private equity investors who care only about one thing - making more money. DSO contracted doctors and staff are often pressured to sell more dental work and services for the sole purpose of boosting the corporate bottom line. I can't blame my dentist for retiring and selling his practice to a DSO any more than I can blame a home owner who sells their house to Blackrock investments. But once my dentist sold his practice to a corporation, all his long term staff left and it's a different doctor every other year. I prefer to have the same private-practice doctor with the same staff for decades. They know my family and have seen my kids grow up. They often waive a charge "here and there" when they don't have to. Much more consistent customer service with a private-practice doctor compared to my experience with DSOs. Google Aspen Dental and read their reviews - it will tell you most of what you need to know about DSOs.
Hi I sir so sorry to bother you this way I know your a busy extremely important man this is a compliment I have with Aspen office Omaha Nebraska on oak veiw my self I'm having discrimination issues I'm a disabled man I tryed to cancel my account I needed surgery end up being too much the money 💰 had put down $225 .00 the office there statement is that it would take about over a month with is not right to wait that long I have to get my funds back as soon as possible I have a lawyer that better Business bureau helped me with I need surgery really really bad and I need the money to pay for it and I have to do and get a lawsuit and sue for more pain suffering I'm not going to take too much more of your time this is a very serious matter and need really special attention really critical
And who will be training the internal IC specialists? Other dentists? People who have zero biochemical backgrounds? Do we even know what caused the blood borne infections mentioned? The answer would be a dental hand piece. And how are these handpieces monitored? Using spore tests? The most useless tests we have for hollow lumens. Only a metal helix with a class 2 chemical indicator can validate hand pieces as per the ISO/EN scientific standards. We must turn to the scientific standards and away from misinterpreted guidelines. Without this there is no true evidence that dental practices hold. Routine monitoring on every singe cycle. Not once a fortnight
DSO is all talk no substance

Amazing education this is great
No shows are one thing, and something that dentists should be rightfully irritated with. But when a patient needs to reschedule an appointment, and gives plenty of advance notice (as in a week or several weeks), it's quite arrogant to scold the patient for doing this in a way that makes them seem like a misbehaving child (which is how the approach in this video comes across). Particularly when appointments are made 6 months out and people with even slightly busy live have no way of knowing if they are going to be required to work, if they are going to be sick, or some other circumstance outside of the patient's control that far in advance unless they are retired or don't have many responsibilities. I do not know why some dentists are so unreasonable about that, especially when they also call patients to cancel the patient's appointment. I haven't had this issue happen with other medical professionals (including some very in-demand specialists), and I do try to be mindful of keeping my appointments or giving plenty of notice to reschedule if that ends up not being possible. I don't know why dentists seem to be the ones who do this, but as a patient this video comes across as advocating very bad customer service. Thankfully, all medical professionals ARE NOT like that.
Then why is it SO HORRIBLE?
I am absolutely pissed hurt and hate aspen dental. Paid almost 10,000 to have half of the procedure done and the doctor just left so letter no nothing like really I have screws in my jaw and no implants and there is no answers they couldn’t even find the file that showed I paid I will sue and get 10 x that for mistreatment and not doing the job that as in the contract !!!
RUN!
My experience with Aspen was and still is a horrible one. $2k and still can't eat or wear them.

I need alot of dental work but it was medical need over cosmetic and choice. I also have a compromised immune and can't tolerate metals anymore I even had all-metal implants removed. I've even become disabled. I have had nothing but negative solutions within my insurance for any procedures. I even was told by my dentists to get out of network care due to complexity of my situation. And had multiple opinions documented but due to my insurance they won't recognize the documents as they just say out of network so I don't ever get treatment. Now I am in a major situation as I have a infected tooth thats caused bone deterioration and tooth is loose and needs extracted and can't have any other treatment unless this tooth is removed. And 2 surgeon's already didn't treat me.
too much ripping off
Aren't they suing this guy?.
Good advice

How do I find out how much this costs, is there a contract, when can it start if you some major dental work?
Excellent. Can't tell you how many dentists spend thousands on marketing, never track their calls, and their staff fail to book appointments due to poor customer service, giving patients saas over the phone, treating them like they are wasting their time by calling. When the dentist asks "why do we have so many holes in the schedule" the staff's response is always "the marketing doesn't work!" and they switch companies 5+ times, wasting more and more money, never realizing the front desk is lacking, and the front desk is the real gateway to new patients.
Thank you
This d.. heads will take your money, take advantage of workers and still have the balls to tell you that they are the best
