Track evening with Gummen.org on the dutch Zandvoort racetrack, car is not made for this kind of driving but went round pretty oke anyway. Didn't want to hurt the allseason tires and stock brakes so it's at 80%.

Very nice performance gain! But is it me but does the first gear kick in too hard? At how much km did u tune it and how long did it run / how much km did u run this tune without problems? I'm just asking because i am very interessed in this tune
Just launched it full throttle. Tuned at 45.000km and sold at 50.000km but it ran fine. Be aware of timing chain problems around 80.000-100.000 milies, get a new chain before tuning then.
@@rodybongaarts dankjewel voor je snelle reactie, ik heb een 320 lci met b48 gekocht met 63dkm met premium selection garantie. Ik wil hem tunen nadat deze garantie voorbij is maar denk dan te zitten op de 85dkm, ik neem aan dat de distributieketting dan nogsteeds mee kan met de tune tot de 80.000 mijl ( 120dkm) of zou je adviseren om hem dan eerder rond de 100dkm te vervangen?

I got the same car... Such a driving causes a whirlpool in your fuel tank 😁 Anyway it's worth the money for what it delivers. Despite the clutch that works like a mechanical one from the 80' truck this car it's an ultimate driving machine. Cheers.
Had my 420i petrol chipped, upto 280bhp cost £399, insurance went up £100 when i shopped around, it pulls like a rocket ship compared to what it was, was told the 420 is ideal as it is the same engine gearbox as the 430i just the ECU was tuned down, been running it a year no issues, although watch out for speed cameras as easy to push it by accident!

Do you think this is the best differential for a daily driven drift build 330i? I don't want to weld the diff since I'm still going to drive it a few times a week on the street but want to do some very beginner level drifting at the track occasionally. It seems like this is the best option for that but would love to hear others thoughts!
Don't weld your diff it's very dangerous

@tcat20000 sadly never got the build going so can't help you there. I think some form of a lsd is what you need though

I remember when the TT’s came out new back in the day, on several occasions owners wanted to try me out on the autobahn while I was in an Alfa 155 2.5 v6. A basic 12v engine with on paper only 160 hp. The 225 hp awd’s were faster, but not by much. The 180 hp’s were left dead in the water.. Nice cars though, but not as nice as a e63/e64.

@Zaman Khan i will always take a convertible, because i love it But i would have also bought a coupe, my wishes (n52+manual) are so rare i would take both I ended up with an automatic e64
@Zaman Khan I've had the coupe variant (E63) for 12 years. For open-top thrills I also own a roadster. The cabriolet (E64) is more difficult to live with.

If hes done a quaife diff upgrade surely he's done the oil pump nut, sprocket and housing upgrade aswell as the rear subframe reinforcement plates surely..
