Then looked them up and its an indie group from saddle creek and the singers nonbinary. Thank god. The music is so good and the vocals reminded me of a polished skating polly.

i was telling a friend about this today but something i love about Vansire is that they bring other artists into the fold, they build community with their music. on a lot of their tracks with featured artists, it’s not like they’re banished to only perform in the bridge; josh and sam provide the instrumentation and sometimes backing vocals, but otherwise they let the artists have at it for the full song. it feels like a true “feature” rather than an afterthought, a real collaboration. it’s really cool
