Type A ni bukan yg harga 42k ke? Besar pulak,siap lantai full tiles. Sy beli type B pun lantai simen je kalau tgk plan spec

Hi, the sales gallery located just opposite with the mrt kwasa damansara station. Btw, they rarely open the showroom for public as they open it for selected buyer only.
Salam tuan. Saya dah apply kat portal LPHS/Selangorku tapi status masih lagi "menunggu". Boleh ke beli direct ngan pemaju? Kat mana ya showroom dia? Saya first time buyer, lama dah tunggu beli rumah
Waalaikumussalam tuan. Rumah idaman mmg 100% application melalui portal lphs, tak boleh direct pemaju. Kuota lphs hanya utk first home buyer, kuota pemaju utk pemohon yg pernah ada hartanah. Utk penerangan status permohonan, tuan boleh cuba call pihak lphs utk dapatkan update. Sebab pemaju hanya akan contact pemohon slepas lphs luluskan senarai nama.
