With over 30 years of experience, Jason Bunin has been involved in some of the most prestigious restaurants in New York City. His first NYC stepping stone started at Petrossian Restaurant where he first shaped and molded his love for the culinary field. At the time, it was one of the world's best caviar and champagne establishments. Under the former chef of Bouley’s empire he developed a gastronomic love for creating culinary delights.
He then ventured on to Oceana Restaurant, under Rick Moonen's knowledge of 3-star seafood dining. There, he became the Sous Chef for over 2 years. Next was Patria Restaurant, where he was Chef de Cuisine for 3 years under Douglas Rodriguez's Neuvo Latino cuisine, which was twice rated 3-stars in the New York Times.
Chef Jason now owns Flavour Kitchen and Wine Bar in Cocoa Beach Florida offering creative, world-class fine dining foods served with meticulous attention to detail in a casual restaurant environment.

Chef Jason, this Mushroom Risotto is absolutely incredible! The flavors are amazing and the texture is perfect. I love how you used the butternut squash as a bowl for the risotto. It was a really creative and delicious way to serve it. I would love to see you make a video about floating island dessert. It is one of my favorite desserts, and I know you would do an amazing job with it.

Looks great - in the U.K. around the Humberside area, pretty much every Fish & Chip Shop sells Skate as an option for your Fish and Chips. I personally prefer Haddock then Cod but Skate is definitely tasty and I love what you’ve done here.
