Dude you pour the wax and kerosene mixture over a wicking material. Cotton balls, dryer lint, sawdust etc. Or dip them and let them harden. Bushcraft folks make them all the time for firestarters. You can use them to warm your coffee or heat some water. Better yet use paper egg cartons for molds. Then when set you cut the carton apart and light the paper egg carton cell to get it burning. Start a fire with them or burn by themselves as a fuel cube. Or buy a fire log from the market and divide into cubes. Same thing only using sawdust. Some folks take cotton makeup pads and dip them and lay them on wax paper to dry. You are trying to reinvent the wheel. It has already been done, dude. Better, too.
