Quick question what brand of cv axle did you use on the ram
@ryanbaker7608 I belive Cardone off RockAuto
Do you remember how many miles were on the Jeep cherokee when you changed the plugs?
@@johnharris1852 I think around 80k
Should be a recall
Did you use the same screws to screw in the j channel?
@@MrJoeyhall87 I used roofing nails for the j channel
Your video is not flashy but that actually made it very useful for me thank you.
@OreoSimpson-t4i yeah I'm not all about the whole proper TH-camr video delivery crap. I'm about delivering information as best as possible based off experience. Hope this video helped you and thanks for the input and for watching
Would a '19 ranger be the same thing?
@@pescad0 I am not sure
Thank you so much , what is the part ?I can search this part on ford official website
Looks like this was 3 years ago. How's it holding up? Did it work out okay without the cleanouts at the downspouts? Thanks.
@Jay-Go only issue I have is the gutters themselves. I have to clean them twice a year. Going to install some gutter guards eventually. Other than that, they work great.
@@219jello Great to hear. I also deal with needing to clean out my gutters when the trees dump their leaves. I've been looking at the various gutter guard/leaf guard options. I'm about to DIY my own downspout drains. Trying to decide if I can dig my trenches by hand or if I need to rent a trencher or something. Thanks.
BEAUTIFUL!!!
my spark plug broke @ 18ft/lbs reinstalling a used but in ok condition one. I think the specs for the upper manifold are only 89in/lbs according to jeep service manual. overtime they get stuck in there so not reliable to use the torque amount to take them off. its a pita to get them off if they brake inside the cylinder.
Thanks so much for making this. Not much out there for 2019 F150.
@@williammastenbrook9101 thank you for watching!
usually those iridium plugs come pre gapped and they say do not gap cuz i suppose you can damage them moreso the iridium part
@kevinbroadway5398 yeah but I always check them regardless. You never know if something wasn't right from the manufacturing plant. Shit happens
Awsome bro thanks !!
@Kg-xx9ok thanks doe watching!
Looks great. We are just building a new garage/shop and am leaning towards metal cladding. Only concern I have is hanging cabinets or storage shelves. Did you use spacers or what have you used ?
You would need about 3/4" thick spacers between the ribs. You could screw those into the 2x4s behind the metal. Then screw your cabinets through the spacers an into the 2x4s
@@219jello yes i realize that I need a spacer, but I wondered what you used
THANK YOU, I just finished and your video was SPOT ON, again THANK YOU
Thanks for watching! Glad you had success
Very Detailed the only person i found thus far that demonstrated correctly how to remove the wire. Great job. Thank you!

Liked and subscribe already... soon in. I have same specs of the problem on mine.... following. Will let ya know bud
Thank you this is helped tremendously. I just recently came across this problem in my truck and it’s also a 2019.
Good luck! Mine is still dry
Thank you sir- can’t be easy doing all that while making video. Contemplating same material for new shop. Concerned that it will be a pain to bolt wood shelving to though…
You could bolt shelves to it, but would require spacers to clear the ribs of the steel panels
Looks great we are in process of starting ours but on the floor is the wall liner going into a J channel. We ordered our wall liner and all materials along with insulation from the place that built the polebarn. Saving thousands doing it ourselves. I am concerned they did not give us enough J Channel for the bottom.
thats a big shameeee
You will notice better mileage after the swap 😊
Yeah for sure. Think I'm getting ready to swap out again soon. At 140k miles and can hear them a little
Do you not have to use a vacuum pump? I seen some videos where they do and some they don’t? And great video by the way
Thanks! Yes, my hubs have vacuum actuators. I just think they seemed like they were weird because my truck wasn't running.
Just read the comments after watching the video. I typically feel pretty comfortable with most of the repairs I've done on my own, but this kind of scares me. 😔
I was a little unsure too, but ended up being rather easy
Looks great Jello!
Thanks Phil!
Agree NO PHILLIPS!
Code is 3 ft. from electric meter and 2ft. Under ground. Also, DONT bury until pressure tested. May be a pin hole in pipe itself?? And if it wasn't buried, you could pull the pipe above ground to put the fittings and corrosion tape together. The gas line should be run totally, thru the wall and shut off valve installed so all that needs to be done, is connect the fixture. Also, the pipe needs to be sleeved thru the wall. Just a thought!!??
I don't have an electrical meter at the shop side so that 3ft isn't an issue. I already asked about that before doing this job. Also, NIPSCO (my electric company) burried their gas and electric lines together in same trench, just separated by elevation a little, same way I did mine. I do have a shut off valve at the house meter and inside the shop so 2 of them. Yeah, hopefully no leaks once I do a leak down test. I'm probably not using this gas line but added while i was putting the electric in just in case I change my mind. I'm not a professional but I did ask the county inspector questions before I did this. I just asked my electric company about the 3ft deal and he said the same thing, yes, if there are meters, then you gotta be 3ft, but if it's done like I did it, then it doesn't matter.
Getting ready to do this repair myself. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching. My floor is still dry!
Are you fckin kidding me...all this to change spark plugs!
I have a 2018 I've had for over 2 years. Put brand new Cooper Discoverer tires on over a year ago. Now I'm hearing "road noise" sounds like a mud tire. I'm assuming it's the hubs. Is that the sound they make when going bad? The tires seem to wear uneven so I had them rotated and it still makes the noise. Also, if only 1 hub is bad should i still replace both or just replace the bad one?
Yep mine sounded like tires too
@@219jello I edited my original post to include the following. If one is bad should I just replace the one or go ahead and replace both?
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing. I have a ‘76 Stingray that I am about to drop in a 383. I have the complete Holley Sniper infection and ignition system. Your video is very informative.
Thanks! Good luck with your project
@@219jello Thank you sir.
Can you give us an update on how this affected your hunts?
That's a good idea. I'll make a future video showing pictures and videos I've captured over the year. It does exactly what I was hoping. Deer always moved through this area but they actually hold up for a bit now, even if they don't drink any water. Seems like they like it more when there's not much foliage or during the rut. Every animal in our area use it. Fox, cats, raccoons, coyote, owls, black, grey and fox squirrels and even crows. A nice video compilation would be cool
How often do you have to add water?

@@219jello I've just installed a 40 gallon water hole (TSC stock tank) on an occasional deer thoroughfare. Got a squirrel & groundhog on cam hitting it, so far. And let me tell you, that machine of yours WAS needed. I hand dug my 40G hole, took several hours, between rocks & roots. It's amazing to me how people with nice equipment eventually take it for granted! 🙂
Throw in some copper pipes in the bottom of it it prevents algae in there Also throw in pepper grass it detours biting midges the spreads EHD
Cool video. Nice setup too.
Thanks man!
Enjoyed this video. I like the way you presented it and how you got through it.
Thank you!
"Ford knew nothing about the problem". I work at Ford Truck plant. Bought new F-series every generation since 1989. ALL of them had rear window leaks. My new one this year: rear window leak. Ford Dealership solution? "Park in Garage. Don't drive in the rain." Wow. Can't wait for the new Silverado.
I switched from Chevy to Ford this time. Chevy screwed me on a shitty transmission in my at the time brand new 2017 Z71 LTZ. Had a shuttering condition going on which was a known issue with the torque converter. Their fix was change the fluid. Well that got me to the expiration of the warranty before it got real bad. Then they said sorry, we can't do anything. This 2019 had a couple small issues I fixed but other than that, this truck has been the best one I've owned. At 140k miles and still running/driving strong.
219Jello - Nice going . Easy to follow . --- Jim
How many gallons sap per hour you can evaporate?
I was getting around 4-5 that season. I added some small fan this year and got 5-6 this year
In the 4 months I've owned my '19 f150 super crew, I've had to get the panoramic totally gone through to eliminate the grab handle pee'ing on my while driving. I still have a wet driver side floor weeks after their "fix". They're charging me for another visit. They assured me they checked my transmission which has several times failed to go into reverse resulting in the truck rolling forward (backing up the driveway) and almost hitting my wife's car. I'm over $500 into FIXED and still have a wet floor. At least the transmission hasn't acted up since the last visit.
Thank you
How many miles on this 2019 ram when you had to replace this cv?
I believe in the 80k range
You deserve 10 thumbs up for having the patience to figure that out. Good work hopefully mine doesn’t drive me crazy too. I ordered the xflow 800 and I’m running it on a sbf with a centrifugal supercharger. Holley has a big sale going right now so I got a really good deal on it. Hopefully.
Thanks! Holley support was very helpful. I did end up doing a follow-up video that shows this unit working much better. To this day, he said it's working great.
If you run into the problem of not having the right spark plug puller you can always use the coil pack to pull the plug
Another tip, take a vacuum and and give it at suck at that drain to clear any debris
Thanks for the video. I have the same problem, but I know it's rain water. Do you know it the same spout is used to drain rainwater?
No it is not
Thank you! This is what I needed I was just getting ready to change mine and this is much better than guessing.
Looks good and I bet it works good too. Why not just slide the pan towards the front by a couple inches, cutting off the round front so it has a flat spot on the top? Put an angle steel bar on the barrel at the top and then you'd only need to do the flat seal at the bottom of the pan. Bonus, the chimney could be moved u a little bit on the back, which would improve the air flow.
I didn't even want to go as far as I did with a barrel evaporator. I even made a better grate and added a small fan to it this season. I'm getting 5-6 gph now. Any more I'm gunna need a better arch.
Interesting video. Thanks. How were the threads damaged originally. Mishandling ?
These are stainless steel parts so they gotta be clean before trying to screw together. Once it starts galling, it's over
Cross thread or not... tight is tight lol.
subpar junk the TPS won't hold the setting under engine compartment temps so it will limp around FUBAR from day 1 they have been selling trash systems for too long hater rant over
