My first car was a '67 Mercury Land Yacht with a 289 and bad shocks. Bought it at an auction for $210 which inc. plates and insurance (Manitoba govt. plan). Sold it and bought a '68 Dart GT. Loved that car but I sold it and bought a '71 Dodge shaggin' wagon when that was the hip thing to have, shag rug everywhere, bed in the back, and the ass end jacked up. The Dart is the only car of many owned that I wish I could get back.

The only thing I would have done differently is ………. Paint it black, but otherwise it is your work of art and blue is second best then a Forrest green …. Very beautiful, nice job buddy

My first was a 72 Ford LTD. Bought it for $495 at a gas station across from Camp Geiger in NC. I was in the Corps back in '85. Had it for bout a year then bought a '73 Volvo 164E. Drove the Volvo back to Cleveland in '87. Finally sold it for $200. Wish I coulda' kept the Ford but it drank WWAAAAAAAAAYYYY too much gas 😅😅. Good old days!! Keep posting your content! Thanks!!

15:52 I love the Ford dump truck roll back. I got a question. How does it drive with the load on the back of it and does it have a two speed rear end. I have a 76 model Dodge d600 that has been converted to a rollback and I was wondering how does the truck drive with a car on the back of it. I have not tried to put a car on mine and drive it yet.

MY first muscle car was a 70 Dodge Dart swinger 340 4 speed I’ve owned several over the years. Wouldn’t mind finding another one someday. I sold mine to get a 69 GTS Dart, factory big block car, so I definitely upgraded, sorry, not sorry that I got rid of the 70

What ever ill tell ya id soner fix a old truck up even the one's in early 90s to use for a work truck way stronger and cheaper to keep going for 4 6 months off new truck payments u can have a tough truck

It looked like you could walk under it easily, I would have left it and put your least used tools on top and treat it like a mezzanine and park car underneath it. I do this with mine because I don't have height to stack cars. I made removable platforms so it's easy to position the stuff on it that's on wheels. Mine is a 12k old shop lift with much larger footprint.

What was the sander you used?

I would have made that into a fuel tank for the equipment that you use on your property

Of course it will run it's a dodge the thing that surprised me is the Electronic ignition box worked but I know it will not work long with the goo melted out of it because that is what keeps that box cool and once it runs a while and hat box heats up it will burn out and will need replaced

Those jugs are better then then the stupid EPA gas jugs that leak all over and pour out a gallon a hour that are junk the jug like you have are the best they don't leak all over the place

That's the A block 318 nicknamed the Poly or the Semi Hemi it was used in the 50's right after they stopped making the Gen 1 Hemi's right up until 1966 but the LA 318 was build from the A 318 the LA stands for Light A because the A engine weighs about the same as a big block Mopar or B block anyway they are good engines the short block of the A is the same as the LA but the A had different oiling configuration then the LA

I sold my camp 2 years ago after I lost my wife. Now my 2'5 car garage is packed full, top to bottom! I thought I would use all the tool box's, but they won't all fit in the basement guitar shop!! That reminds me, the last DeWalt and Makita stuff I bought I was so unhappy with I sold it and bought all Bosch. I saw Bosch being used at the BMW, RR, Bentley and Audi factories. It has great power, very well built/balanced and feels good in the hand. Important for guitar work, maybe not so much car/truck?? Bosch routers and mini-routers also work great! And the LED portable light, w/super heavy magnets and clips, lights up a whole room!! LOL Sorry to ramble on 8( Peace --gary
