One question Sir... If I may. Would you recommend this bike to a person buying a bike for the first time?
Yes and no. You can reduce the power which is great but even then its still around 100hp. It isn't a light bike and is a little sluggish down low if you are going around town, you have to feather the throttle and clutch to keep it moving. On the highway, its an awesome bike but it is very fast these bikes ain't no slow a$$ HD. The 0-60 on these are better than most liter bikes and can get you into trouble very quickly if you don't know what you're doing. I guess it comes down to age, would I get it for my teenage son as a first bike, not a chance. For someone who's more mature and has more common sense, it could be a good first bike.
