If you don't include wine/cider vinegar the cabbage will turn grey! Water level to just cover cabbage. Large saucepan with vented lid. Hob-top only! I've not been playing much. I only played three times all last year! Lately, I've mostly been on my Tenor Recorder and Classical guitar. Itching to get back on the 33" Cadenza bass Guitar.

At Hawkwind volume.
Live 79 was the first Hawkwind album I bought on release. Saw them a couple of times during the Huw Lloyd Langton era. Although Huw was easily the best guitarist ever to step on stage with Hawkwind, Hawkwind do not need endless guitar solos so the fit wasn't great in my opinion.
Amazing what five years did for the band. From the Greasy Truckers party to post 78 punk. I really enjoyed the early space jams with my trusted el3302 until the thing started to smoke in the battery bay. A friend of a friend, was uncle Nik's nephew down our way and we had some stories to tell over the smoking cassette player... Sure

The Medicine Festival- It is an alcohol free event, no booze on sale! I took some beer, I didn't see anyone else with any. It's has all types of music and some very dedicated 'alternative' people and ideas. M.Fest offers therapy, treatments and healing by practitioners that work from bell tents in the Healing Area, where I helped a friend set up a large Teepee for a crystal healer 'clinic'. I decided to stay on as a volunteer to check out the event and make some sketches.

Often the random 'pops' are tiny bits of crap in the grooves. Difficult to remove them. Not sure if I even cleaned it before recording.
Playing Live it's difficult to keep the pace the same as rehearsing or recording. It's the Adrenalin and excitement. Not sure what Dave Brock would say about that show... Dave..? :)
Nah, Brock couldn't hold a candle to Calvert vocally.
