I am 16 currently learning web design to master it until this year as a personal skill but my main business is website dev agency so what should I focus on complectly go into agency stuff liek as you said three thing Sales marketing service delivery Should I focus on sales for 90 days until I am booking lot of clients and then I am going to move on marketing? and so on and should I stop learning the web design Because you said focus on one thing sales has cold email and stuff like that kindly answer

Hey Dylan I'm extremely interested in your "program"/partnership however I am somewhat broke and I don't want to waste you/your people's time with a call if I can't afford it yet. Is there any way you could give me a price tag as your website doesn't include it? I understand why it's not on the website and if you don't want to share the price without a call that's fine I just figured I should shoot before I potentially waste both of our time. Like you said, I made good money but when I tried to pivot and start a content marketing agency, the lack of testimonials and experience in this really made me overthink. You're right. I must focus on cold email or purely content to get new clients for my agency. I felt that you really cared about me getting the outcome while making this video.
