No do not mix in foundation , It will take around 30 to 40 secs and it will absorb fast It does not make skin oily but gives good hydration If 1 time a day is doing good for you start 2 times a day It's not greasy or oily it will become matte after absorbing

I did not have tiny bumps...it's takes 30 sec to 1 min to absorb ...no other problem
