I love that type of cleats, I am surprised that you had an issue with them. I thought the phone video was surprisingly good. I'm interested to see how it works later on in the year. You should think about doing more of these equipment videos. Great job on this one!

That squirrel is a rebel, braver than most. I haven't seen the squirrels around my place since October, maybe because we've had a bald eagle around on occasion.

Chuke is right always be prepared. As a Guide and trapper I would have been dead a long time ago. Fallen through the ice on a river ect ect still have all my digits .

That is so very, very sad that it happened at all, and also so very sad that there are so many negative online comments. I feel for the families! That just heaps more pain on top of the loss. I'm glad you decided not to pursue it, Beans. And that you're stressing all kinds of preparedness for anyone goin' out in the wilderness. And you are so right about being on the edge of an area with a certain weather report; that just doesn't always apply to where you are.

Love your channel. Wish you would go back to that creepy rest stop where the tree got pushed over and creep on into that forest for a little hike but NOT alone and NOT too far in.

This would be considered Death by Misadventure or something along those lines and so the information on the victims would be open for the press and or public, you would think. This is very weird and something is really hinky here. I think well it sounded like they were out for just a day hike and they must have had some food and winter clothes on..... it is very odd that they would pass away within 24 hours when I am sure they were fine hiking along for a number of hours before they settled down somewhere to just freeze to death.....and they must have been somewhat healthy to even underatake a hike that. Heck, one man was ONLY 37!! There is all kinds of screwed up. The official story of how they passed just doesn't ring true! Had they been out there for a week or 2 or 3 then I could totally understand or if they had fallen off a cliff and then I would not even question the official narrative. May they Rest In Peace & The Lord comfort their family.

Snow is a funny thing...a self leveling load. You shovel it now, or you can wait till May or June, at which time it will have gone away. Of course, in Homer, your deck might cave under the weight. In a way, I am envious...lots of snow, and a great deck. We here in Chugiak, might have a couple inches. Great video!

Im 60 so this is long long time ago. My grandma lived in a small town in Ontario Canada. Her house was on the school Hill and I would go up and swing by myself for an hour or so a few times a day. When on the swing I had the school to my left. The forest was all around that piece of property except behind me. Behind me was perfect. Just a row of pine trees with a fence. A few times when I was maybe 7 and year later 8 years old I had the feeling of sheer TERROR. Like something was watching me from the forest and the feeling would intensify! I remember glancing around but then getting this horrible sense to NOT LOOK. DON'T LOOK TO SEE WHAT IT IS BECAUSE IT WILL SCARE ME TO MUCH. I would casually get off the swing and try to walk normal keeping my eyes where I could see if something was going to come out and start running to get me. The second I was out of sight where nothing could see me I would take off running as fast as I could back to my grandma's house and never say a word. Now tell me what would cause a happy kid to feel SHEER TERROR that would get so bad it's like a voice saying don't go near the woods, don't look and get OUT OF HERE NOW!! I will never forget that and it happened 2 seperate times that I remember for sure. Two different visits and maybe a year apart but the rest of the times I was fine. It was like God was talking to me to RUN. In 1997 I had Gray aliens in my house. I don't want to write about it right now cus it's 1:42am and I don't want to get scared. But it's TRUE AND THEY ARE REAL REAL REAL!!! 😢😢😢😢

Totally agree about your drone theory. I said domestic when I first heard about them. They are definitely looking for something. Armchair detectives always seem to have all the answers. It's like interviewing a handful of witnesses, they all have different descriptions of the same suspects. Lol. We are having freezing rain and hardly any snow here in Alberta Canada for the last 3 months and I'm sick of it. I'm hoping you send your snow our way.
