Yes, Goans have music, song, dance in their blood; we 'EAST INDIANS' (Mobai Gaothankars), the Marathi speaking Catholics, natives of Mumbai, too, have their own unique, ancient, traditional songs, which are also copied/sung by Bollywood, like "galein saakli sonyachi, yi pori, konachi", "ya gharavari, sonyachi kavla gharavari", "sakal che paara sutlaai vaara", etc....... and, it's an irony of fate, that the natives, sons of the soil, original residents of Mumbai's many villages, are not known in their own native homeland!!!
