Downright used to cover this at our infamous Fullerton parties and I never really learned this solo, I would just butcher it because I couldn't play it. Well, my son has been playing this song for some reason and it got me thinking about learning the solo for good, so I did. All by ear so not sure if that's how Bradley played it. Anyway, it's good to finally figure things out.

My sloppy attempt at Mastodon's Megalodon, off the album Leviathan. This song is a BEAST! Had to learn some hybrid picking and some weird chords/progressions. They sure sound sweet, though. Need to get it tightened up a bit more.

First proper performance by Cats with Guns of Zombie by The Cranberries. Performed at Hemet Center for Spiritual Living on Saturday, June 1st, 2024

Cats with Guns, a new formed band. Our lead singer is Holly, our bassist is Serenity, Gabe on guitar and Jermiah on drums. This is our first practice and Jermiah couldn't make it so Gabe is on guitar, and Gabe's dad is covering on guitar. We'll have a proper performance with the whole band tomorrow.

He says he wants a real drum kit for Christmas. He certainly has the skills to keep at it. We'll see.
