I think im going to start with number 4, be kind to yourself. I'm relentlessly hard on myself and im trying to learn to be more self-compassionate towards myself but iys easy to judge oneself harshly. Your video was very inspiring. Keep it up and good luck

I am a people pleasure , I am so exhausted now , want to find myself and I believe that who actually I am actually is way more beautiful that I have ever imagined .

For me I like to break down things like you say if it too much I make it's simpler, and have a lower expectation on myself. so it can be easy to achieve and I can be more happy when I achieve it
Thanks for sharing! We tend to overcomplicate things so simplifying as much as possible and break down tasks into bite sizes is extremely helpful and lower stress levels 😌
Food actually has a lot to do with my thoughts and actions. In the past, I used to eat a lot of canned fat and fast food, which always made my mood negative. Because I actually don't think it's important and is the cause of my bad mood. Later, when I became more aware, I ate more green vegetables and it really changed my thinking a lot.

For me, I find it very hard to do positive self-talk. When something bad happen it easier for me to think negatively. To deal with my negative self talk I usually write everything down on paper, it make me feel a lot better and have more space for me to think of positive things. but that my opinion.
Yes absolutely! Positive thinking is not automatic and it’s extremely important to process whatever we’re feeling in the moment in a healthy way. Journaling is indeed a powerful way to release the negativity and then we can back it up with positive thinking get out of the rut and keep the momentum going 🙌
I don't show my work to others, i hide it.
As important it is protect our work until it's ready to be shown to the world, it's equally important to ask ourselves why do we keep on hiding when it's done and ready. Does it trigger our insecurities? Are we afraid to be judged, rejected, criticized? Your work deserve to be released when it's time.
My favorite tip is to Be intentional, I sometimes are not clear why did I it, I alway follow order from other so this tip was very helpful thank you😁

I think what I need to do is really understand what I need and where my value is I think it's a difficult process. Because it's very difficult for me to say no to everyone, including myself. But now, I'm practicing it and eliminating the things I don't want to become lighter in life

I think that the first thing I can do is understanding my own needs and values. When I truly understand what makes me feel comfortable/peaceful and what’s not, I can take further actions to protect my well-being. With myself; - I will reflect on my time, energy, and emotional capacity. And will consider how much I can realistically give in different situations. - I will learn to say no respectfully. - I will arrange time for activities that recharge me. With others: - I think clear communication is very important. I think I could calmly express my needs (like be firm but kind) and explain my boundaries and the reasons behind them.

Thanks for your sharing. Before, I never thought I would prioritize myself. I do everything and at the end of the day I run out of energy and feel much more tired. But now I have balanced this, and feel that when I love myself, I can love those around me. This sounds very easy but it actually takes a lot of time. Time to practice and change

That’s definitely a harsh statement to keep you stuck in this mindset. Think about saying these exact same words in the same tone of voice to yourself as a 4 or 5-year old. See? Reframe those words to have more compassion for yourself because in all of those years of life you’ve learnt a lot (so you cannot be “stupid” or ignorant at everything) and outer beauty is subjective, there has to be at least one thing you like about your appearance (your eyes, your smile, etc). You deserve gentleness, give it to yourself ✨
