I never understood why people wanted a c6 Raiden at all like her c2 is all you need. Imo her c4 is near useless depending on the tema you use but still she doesn't get the atk% bonus, if she did it would be worth it. Her c6 is also kinda unnecessary as once again depending on the team you use you won't really need the decreased cooldowns, maybe in spiral abyss but that's only sometimes as you're not gonna use her all the time. But hey it's your choice it's your favorite character and that's why c6 exists, you go for it on your all time favorite characters. Unless you're a whale then you just ruin your game experience getting c6 on every single character. Also I never really liked when people get upset they don't get what they want, I know it's a joke and it is upsetting after saving that many wishes but at the same time you're still getting a lot of character constellations and weapons for your other characters, and that is perfect for f2p accounts and such. Just saying not hating.
