Can you buy a hot banana pepper? Because this year, when I planted about 12 sweet banana peppers, one of them turned out hot. Like, VERY hot!

I agree with you! There's a lot of deception and greed that keeps people misinformed from the truth of life. I am a 54 year old man who had a massive brain stem stroke 8 years ago. I was paralyzed on the left side of my body and my cognitive function was severely impaired after being put back in my body. I was put on a real aggressive rehabilitation program to try to salvage my patterns before totally collapse of my eye hand coordination and motor skills. When you spend all your time in the so-called medical system, you realize that it's not natural at all and you see the rabbit holes. Long story short I started researching and came to the conclusion that I need to eat just plants? So I trusted my gut which was against all the so-called experts and I embarked on a pretty amazing journey to get my health back! Shortly after getting rid of all animal products and secretions (milk, dairy) I started feeling much better? I could speak clearly and my coordination improved. Day by day my health improved? which should not be happening according to the medical establishment. I eventually left the system and took it upon myself to get right. Fast forward 8 years and I am happy to say now, I am a dynamo of a person, I feel like I am a totally different person for the good. I got everything back and then some! When I look back at all the information that I gathered over my journey, I realize that something is not right with the model of the so-called societal system that they are trying to make us believe in my opinion. So now I believe that they have us in a cycle of sickness and a high priced medical system to create wealth for corporations. I use comfrey extract for brushing my teeth and I have to say that my teeth have never felt better! I follow a lot of herbalists and many are saying that the leaf, not the root can be used in internal applications . I also believe that the current system is hiding information from us to propagate the eating of animals to keep people sick and stuck in the same cycle that is making everyone poor in all meanings of the word. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insight! Take care and be bold! 🙏🏽

Canned food lasts many years past the best-by-date. If you bought food years ago the prices were cheaper and to replace those cans now it's cost you a lot more. Stock seeds and potting soil to plant food.

That all depends on you, your body. If you've never had this particular herb, or plant families you might be allergic too. I can only tell you what I do. I know my body, my allergies ect. Learn your body. Personally, with a new herb I start out very small and see how I handle it. I don't take an herb mixture unless I know each herb personally first.
