@sharevans2416 you need to contact the company you bought it from. Mine made a few noises until it stopped working, and the company sent me back a brand new unit. I opened up mine thats when I decided to do a deep clean, and that's when i found a whole lot of litter stuck all over inside the unit and poop. I cleaned it up and oiled/ greased some areas, and it works.

I have tons of them around my house and also outside the fences and nobody has stolen any. That would be silly, wouldn't it? They would be recorded stealing properly and face jail time for petty theft.

This is exactly why I'm here. I need to know also. I can't find anywhere that shows someone taking it apart to clean 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Nerdy_Birdee I googled it and found only 1 part video. First, empty the litter box by hitting clean. Pop out the top cover by pressing the side thing. Then, to the back of it, there are 2 screws, un screw that. Take that entire drum out. DO NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE when they say, " Ohh, just keep wiping the unit on the inside." This thing is more complicated than you think. Unscrew that entire drum and take apart every piece, and you will be shocked to know there's poop all inside and between all the pieces has litter as well. But take pictures because if you can't put it back together, you will need those pics and if you don't have someone that is handy, and that can help you make sure you have a backup litter box. This took me 2 hours because it smells after a while, and I don't know how people keep saying, " ohh I just wipe it down." DO NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE. THEY GET PAID TO SELL. The manufacturer or the ppl selling this need to start making videos on how to take this unit apart into pieces and putting it back together because there is " JUST WIPING DOWN" and the company that made this should not have made it this complicated because it should of just been a pop in pop out type of unit, there are way too many screws this is a 2 man's job, I'm just lucky that my husband was home and he's a very handy technical person he's just wired up to fix things and he figures it out on his own.

@@Ace-v8e8s It depends, are you cleaning your litter box every few weeks or letting it go a few months? I think it's probably the latter if you had to clean it so thoroughly to take apart every single component...You do not need to take apart the entire machine, just the top cover + remove the drum by taking out the 2 screws in the back. It's fairly easy to do, then dump and deep clean the drum with dish soap and water hose. The rest can be cleaned by hand with using cleaning products that are safe for pets. Your advice don't listen to people because they get paid to sell is kind of a ridiculous statement, because if someone returns the item after they purchased from your link, you lose the commission you made, so lying about a product would be just plain stupid and a waste of time.

Well what do you call a product that has no support and only 1 paid person advertising this product. There isn't 1troubleshooting video on this product nor is there an app. Kinda feels like a $100 Scam. I didn't say you scammed, but your promoting something with no means of support. Do a video on troubleshooting this product. Actions speak louder than words. We'll see.

How much exactly? Is it a ton? Or just a little bit here and there? If it's the latter, I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's so difficult to not waste litter, even when you scoop it yourself.

@@jonoftheedawn it was a ton at first and if it’s definitely less than 6 L then I’m not sure why there still more litter leaking into the tray. It’s enough to where it’ll be a waste of litter. I think it’s a design flaw bc the gap between the flap and the barrel is too wide. Which litter did you use with it?

Yeah I just use it for heart rate monitor mostly but I don't need to use the app. But yeah with any apps now a days they want to invade you with bs sadly. That's for sure.

Even the high end sport watches have their own issues. I can't justify the price to performance on those either.

@cruz111 I responded to someone comment that this entire unit needs to be screwed out and taken apart. DO NOT LISTEN TO PPL WHEN THEY SAY JUST WIPE DOWN. there's poop all inside the unit and litter you will need to have another person to assist you because this is a 2 man's job take pictures of the entire unit whilst taking apart because you will need to know how to put it back together. It is very complicated. Have a backup litter box it took me 2 hrs to take apart and figure out luckily my husband was around.

@@Ace-v8e8sHi, I have the same litter box and I was able to wash the whole round thing, however i dont know how to wash behind the drawer after removing the drawer. Can you please advise how you did that. I understood how to remove the screws and remove the round thing, but there is cat pee near the wires and the other things. i really need to know how to deep clean this. Please help if you can

Unplug it then replug it back in. Uninstall app and Reinstall.

You can. It has an ethernet plugin, but this is a wifi extender so it's really not needed.

I use the smart life app because I am able to connect most of my smart appliances to it but this also comes with its own app you can use and it will tell you how to download it when you receive the package:)

I would suggest every 3-6 months. Just to keep things clean. Awesome! You will love it!

I watched a different review where the app showed the quality of the filter, so it should definitely let you know; I have a bigger different brand one and it lasts much longer than most people's use cases because I don't run it 24/7 like most people do; this one I plan to use in my son's room, so it will run at bedtime while my other one is in the living room area and only runs responding to air quality changes thanks to an air quality sensor ( separate ) I have plugged in there, as well as when I cook with gas. Hope this helps.

As long as you do a deep cleaning every few weeks and take out the bag at the bottom once every 3-5 days it seems to be fine.

Try to uninstall app and reinstall, make sure you connect it to wifi first, and have bluetooth on just in case. Take another look at the manual it will go over everything.
