haha nah, I think you just need gold medals on freestyle/race events to unlock items that aren't buyable in store. (official events, aka non backcountry ones). Although I'm pretty sure its random which event gives which item, so you just gotta keep getting golds in conquer the mountain mode on each event until you unlock that one

so the butterfly wings are only for kaori. And to unlock the special items, you need to earn gold medals in the conquer the mountain events (race, freestyle etc - however, the backcountry competitions only unlock boards and not items). I think its random which event unlocks which item, so you just need to keep earning gold medals in different events until you unlock Kaori's wings. hope this helps haha

Well, the record for clean runs is 2:00, so 10 seconds haha And yeah, there were a few minor improvements which could’ve given me a slightly faster time (and I got sucked into the ground after the triple rail which sucked) But I meant in terms of the line I was trying to take at least, I didn’t really make any mistakes

@@nko99 yeah, I know what spinboosting is, but I haven’t fully learned/understood how to do it right consistently yet, and sometimes when I try it it backfires, so I’ve avoided it for the most part But it is interesting to my on how even on my most perfect runs, im usually behind the WR by about 10-15 seconds Which I suppose can be attributed to spinboosting, slight variations in the path, and very minor if not unnoticeable techniques used to maintain speed and keep momentum

Yes, but you can also save your desired save file over another save file to essentially have 2 copies of the same profile. Therefore the risk that you accidentally save over your good file and delete it is lower. From my experience there isn’t much risk of saving over a save file, but if you play on xbox, if you want to keep your saved records from runs you HAVE to load your options when you fire up your game each time

For the attributes, you need to play in conquer the mountain mode and make enough money to buy the stats. Clothing items and boards are unlocked by either buying them at the lodge in conquer the mountain mode, or getting gold or platinum in any event in conquer the mountain.
