Hi , I really enjoyed this film. I don't know if you know what primitive rug hooking is but that is what I do. I make primitive wool rugs for my home. I am currently working on a rug that I drew for my front room. It has 2 large pineapples in it. By watching you has helped me a lot!! Thank you sooo much! 🎉

What brand coloring pencil?

Really nice! It shows what beautiful results are possible with budget pencils. I especially like your description of the pencil pressure. As a new colorist, this is the hardest thing for me to figure out from tutorials. Subscribed!

DARN IT!! I hate when manufacturers change the color names. Apparently, Castle Arts changed the name of Pencil Number 019 from Flesh to Coral, or vise versa. Also, I would appreciate it if tutorials would use Pencil Numbers instead of Color Names for this very reason. Sorry for taking so much space for these comments.

To clarify my previous comment. Soft Touch pencil numbers: Cinnamon (012), Burnt Sienna (114), Coral (not available in 120 pencil set), Burnt Umber (068). Gold pencil numbers: Cinnamon (012GP), Burnt Sienna (not available), Coral (019GP), Burnt Umber (068GP). I suppose that you could use, although I haven't tried it, Soft Touch number 019 (Flesh) for the Coral. Also, if you have the Castle Arts Pasteltint pencils, you could use 008PT (Coral Blush).

It seems that you are mixing Castle Arts Pencil types. For example: If you are using the Soft Touch (wax base) pencils to begin with, then you would need to use the Coral from the Gold (oil base). However, if you are using the Gold (oil base) to begin with, you would need to use the Burnt Sienna from the Soft Touch (wax base).
