I have camped at Sandy creek for over 50 years, starting with mosquito bar, then tent then pop up camper and now I have a rv! I have never been disappointed with any trip I made to sandy creek! You forgot to mention the alligators. The are not near as plentiful now as the were several years ago. It seem like every time the lake is drained the gators get fewer and fewer. Sandy creek is the only place I ever camp!
