Dude, you're advice on how to get the super input was literally a eureka moment for me. I've been struggling with getting it on P1 side forever. Stellar stuff dude
OMG CHUCKNORRIS is that the same little cheating douchebag in apex legends??
still apply for season 2?
hey man thanks for watching! afaik, all of this still applies. but the frame trap youll be using the most is s.roundhouse, c.strong. sometimes it's better to dash after s.roundhouse on block since it keeps up your momentum if you're not in the corner. as for the meaty setups, i mostly see players walk back and forth, do c.jab/c.short a couple times, or dash punch xx v-skill cancel into overhead or throw. I realized after I made the video that most of my meaties are corner only.
Amazing video bro! Just a recommendation, make bigger letters! Keep the good job! New sub.
I love your taste in music 🍻
Text very small but great video by the way. Have to watch full screen
@CypherZero Hi sorry I am a bit new to frame data but I wanted to ask a question. For your frame trap "c.jab, s.short" you said it is a 3f frame trap. But according to the Prima guide c.Jab is +2 on block and s.short has a startup of 3 frames. I thought this would be a 1f frame trap?
yo thanks for the view! to answer your question, s.jab leaves balrog at +2. meaning the opponent is at -2. if they want to hit their fastest button (in this case a 3f startup jab) they have to start counting from -2. so their 3f normal is 5f before their attack hitbox comes out. since balrog is +2 you can subtract that frame advantage from the startup of his s.short. s.short becomes a "1f startup move" in relation to the opponent. I hope that isn't too confusing.
Masturbating...
oh shit
Nice fighting.
we actually have figured out a lot of stuff with the acrobatics. like you can infinitely keep your momentum up from a slide. also there's a glitch where if you jump from a slide and continue holding forward you autorun for a little bit. we found out about most of this stuff playing on a controller though. don't know if it works with the keyboard.
you can also use your sword from a slide, or when you run along or hang from walls.
i think it's man on the run by anotsu. i'm not sure though haha
merci
bien
Thx for help ^_^
yo
Nice video.
Oh you must be new around here. I'm referring to the fact that I didn't die. For example a "Flawless Victory" in Mortal Kombat meant you didn't lose health and in CoD a flawless game meant you didn't die (even if you miss 50% of your shots). Every game will have a different way to be flawless I guess. Well thanks anyway for watching.
What subs? I was unaware I had enough to warrant that. Hahaha. I don't play much CoD anymore...let alone my PS3. I'm on my computer a lot though. Maybe we could play League of Legends if you have it.
Do u play with your subs
To perform his teleports easier you have to buffer it. The easiest way to practice this is to hard knock-down the opponent with a j.S. Then Clay Pigeon xx Prop Shredder. Mash on S to lengthen the time of Prop Shredder and before it finishes input d, d, up+S. There are two mechanics at play that allow the teleport: sjc (super jump cancel: same as a jc but super jumping) and input leniency. The game technically reads d, d, up+S as d, d+S, d, up. The shortcuted input is much more beneficial.
I just didnt understand the annotations. They're changing all the time with the different videos I watch to catch a glimpse for new tech on one of my teams. But thanks for clearing that up.
j, s, and c, followed by a normal attack denotes your character's stance. j for jump, s for standing, and c for crouching. s.H is standing heavy, or standing C depending on your notation. There are also d, f, b, for down, forward, and back. Clay Pigeon is Dante's down-forward(df).H xx H...(... denotes mashing the button). He shoots his guns downwards and OTGs the opponent . df.H xx H xx S is his guns to Prop Shredder(the move he spins his sword in one hand).
Youll find this sad but I barely know Dante's move list by name. If I see it, comes down to "Wait, that's it? That's the name?" What is s.H? What is clay pigeon? What is scat shot? A lot of these names I find myself confused. Looking at them? Comes to me instantly. Probably the only trouble I have is imputing some of the cancels to teleport behind in midscreen. Very small things. Did you know air play (all hits) some how resets the ground bounce?
The most damage you can do after landing Air Play is: [combo]...Air Play, j.H, land, s.H, c.H, S...[finish combo]. The c.H will hit at the very tip but enough so that Prop Shredder still lands.
jc is a jump cancel. Like in SFIV how C.Viper can high jump after a seismo to land a burning kick. After inputting Volcano you just rotate the joystick up-forward. Dante will jump at the soonest possible frame and cancel the ending animation of Volcano. I normally do Air Play, j.H, s.H, S because I find myself too far away to land s.M, s.H, S. you might be able to p.link dash the s.M to cover the distance, but I think it'd be to slow.
What is Jc? I thought it was jumping crouch but its not coming to me. Also after air play, H and upon landing do you hit them with M, then H? I usually just land and pop them into the air then prop shredder
Jackrabbit's
Where was this at?
Nice vid.. maybe we can game sometime.
sometimes when I get the angle right I ult, dash, aa, w, aa, etc. Most of the time though I end up mashing Q so I can get the cc from her third Q whenever my jungler misses their CC.
I didn't even notice that about her ult until much later after this. As for getting the most dps out of her: I know that alternating AA with her Q's is the way to go but when you're chasing you don't have enough time to AA since that slight gap they make when running is enough to cancel your animation and force your champ to run. If you watch the first blood i got on Malph you see me alternating my Q and AA. But if I do start a Q sequence and I can't finish it, I use the stacks on the minions.
Just a tip with Riven's ultimate, Wind Slash; It does more damage the lower the opponent is. Very much like Garen's ult, if you're familiar with him. So in that second fight with Malphite where Katarina ganked you, and you Ulted Malphite when he was like, 60% hp, the Ult did negligible damage. Also. Most of Rivens damage should be coming from her passive. So instead of wasting stacks you should E > W > AA > Q > AA > Q > AA > Q etc. Or other such combos. This HIGHLY increases your damage output.
Nice video man! got to love that olaf jungle.
he's not. he's using an arcade controller
You are a bunny.
Thanks man. When this was recorded, my jungling efficiency was terrible. But thanks for the sub!
His game was just better than mine. I was just blown up haha. You can tell in the video that i showed of our previous match I had a hard time against that team. He used his main team in this video. Plus, I was playing SSFIV. It's hard to switch between games haha
I just stopped playing. At the time I heard UMvC3 was coming out so I tried to record some games. But I also ended up being lazy. Thanks for the comment! I'm not that good. I get frustrated easily in this game haha. I end up losing most rounds because I get careless.
Dude what happen you were really good :(
hahahaha omg I was laughing SOOOO damn hard when the whole room would erupt with screams when you went into the water :P
First try bold canceling. There are videos on how to do it. I do it by just pressing stinger and immediately pressing bold jump while buffering volcano. The devil trigger cancel is harder since it's qcf to qcb. All I can say is just practice doing Million Carats to Devil Trigger. Break the whole combo into different sections. Then string the sections together. "Players practice until they do a combo. Professionals practice so they never drop a combo."
@ZombieKiller310 what group of items?
Lol @ the tags
Do you realiz you're playing with Vash12349?
@TheDulcesNaturales thanks for watching the video. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that you need situational awareness when you play this game. Playing slowly/slower helps you think about your next move.
