Oh, one more thing to keep an eye out for (until your next vid, where I'll mention more); you've GOT to find a mushroom biome, because besides mooshrooms, there are a number of mobs you'll need for your gallery. The first is the Mungus. I will not elaborate on what they are, just know that they are weird, and you need to name one "Drip" and see what happens. This mob is the key to the two other mobs. These guys randomly shed these things called Mungal Spores (they also drop when you kill them, but why would you do that?), and feeding them to a rabbit turns them into a Bunfungus. They make good pets to act as security around you base, since they actively go out and hunt monsters at night. Finally, you can place muushrooms all over the Mungus, and if a Crimson Mosquito (the mosquito that attacked you in the Nether) latches onto said Mungus if it's covered in Warped Fungi, the crimson mosquito will evolve into the Warped Mosco, a mini-boss that can be pretty tough, but is certainly worth it for the gallery. You can also make a pretty good ranged weapon from its drops, namely how said weapon doesn't need ammo.

I haven't fully finished watching this vid yet, but I have some advice for a pet/photo. One of the mobs in this mod is the giant squid. Normally, they are the color red. However, there is a special variant of the giant squid that can be made under very specific circumstances. I'd recommend getting a trident, enchant it with channeling, and wait for a thunderstorm. Then, strike a vanilla squid with the trident to hit it with lightning. You will then get a blue giant squid. The giant squid will probably need a very large tank and be kept away from whales, but it's still cool.

So obviously the camera is part of a mod, and the more dynamic behavior and movements of the vanilla mobs is part of a mod, too. What are they called? I want to potentially use them myself.

I can confirm that Koopa Troopa did not look like that before you poured him out. A number of the mobs from this have special Easter Eggs of a changed skin if you name them something specific. For example, you can name a seagull Wingull, a platypus Perry, a roadrunner Meep, etc.
