Yes! I had profound healing during a retreat that I went to a few years ago. In a meditation, I hugged my child self and gave her the love that I give my own children when I hold them. It was very healing! In fact later in a different meditation, my mom, who is in spirit, came to me and told me how proud of me she is because I was always able to be myself. I am the black sheep. 🖤😁
