Honestly a throttle body upgrade is useless, unless you take advantage of its bigger port, by upgrading to a bigger charge pipe, and bigger manifold to match the new throttle body ported size. Also you don’t need a retune just a throttle relearn.

I bought a wrecked Integra and that part has some damage on the flange where the pipe goes in on the side closer to the pulley. I've looked on parts catalog websites but I'm having a hard time locating it.

Coolant hoses don't burst under pressure. Honda made them to last a lifetime LOL. Data showed 1-2F delta and is no impact. Show the temp delta ;-)

What are the benefits of upgrading the left and right mounts over and above the rear mount?

you got the wrong knob. they make a fk8 fl5 specific knob that is big enough for the boot.
