Naples is a nasty place, garbage everywhere, the city smells like sh*t, reckless drivers. I came to Naples because of videos like yours talking about how good the food was and definitely didn’t feel impressed. If you think about coming to southern Italy to check out Pompeii I would recommend to stay in Sorrento instead of Naples.

Naples is the city I was born and grew up in, and yes there some areas that are quite rough and unsafe but I’ve had the most amazing childhood. Anytime I go back home I feel at peace

Greek food is very diverse and not cliché like giro or Greek salad. It's extensive and healthy! Some of the oldest living people in the world reside in Greece, having a super healthy diet, lifestyle and are active even in their 100's! However, regarding cuisine, Italy has a wide cuisine palate according to regions, just like Greece and can boast in some of the world's best tasting foods as their cusine was carried with them when they largely migrated abroad! As for the countries natural landscape, the two countries are close in their beauty! Greece definitely has a larger coastline when you factor in all the islands! So there are many more attractions to see along the coasts of Greece! Gorgeous beaches that do not disappoint! Even though Italy has some gorgeous beaches also and from what I've seen in Sicily. Sardinia and parts of Calabria also are gorgeous but Greece tips the scales in this area! Inland and mountainous beauty would go to Italy although Greece has Meteora and others and the most protected wildlife reserves in €urope! Coffee, I'll give to the Italian's, they have innovated on an ancient beverage through their creation of pressured hot water through a filtered cup and using steam wand to froth milk. They have refined the process even though they probably took it from the French?? As for women, well, there are a lot more Italian's than greeks, in fact about 5 times more in population so you are bound to find a lot more attractive people, not just w women but men also! Italians i believe have a larger genetic pool so more attractive features are present! Greeks did influence the genetic make up of southern Italian's too! Ultimately it's in the eye of the beholder! As for ancient archaeological sites, though the Roman empire dwarfed the Greek one, having a collosal of monuments and buildings, many now being ruins, both countries boast an historical in depth visual of what's left behind to see! Much of Southern Italy (magna grecia) has many in tact Greek temples to this day! I'll give both countries the green light here! As for architectural monuments of the latter part of the last millennium or from the renaissance and enlightenment, Greece doesn't come close with what it has to offer as the renaissance bypassed Greece! Greece has some modern day eye catching engineering and architecture and boast some fantastic original pieces, from a artistic and creative people but if it's wonder of the arts and historical buildings and paintings etc, Italy is the go to! Both countries are gorgeous in their own ways! I'd visit Italy for the culinary and renaissance beauty and soaking up the culture! With Greece id visit to absorb and be absorbed by the climate, the sea and beaches and its relaxing super laid back, in the true sense of the word, holidaying, endulging in the ambiance of its natural surrounds and sun soaked summer lifestyle! A frappe on the turquoise waters of a Greek beach laid back in a beach chair or sipping a cappuccino walking through an historical piazza making my way to view the impressions left behind by the renaissance, depends on you!
