The ADC-VDB770 shown here is garbage. It falls offline constantly, isn't easily reconnected, overheats at 105°F, and the battery swells so bad it forces the doorbell off its mounting plate.
This company doesn't care about it's customers nor it's employees. Don't work for them nor use their services. They work on volume and turnover.
Worst security company out there. Didn’t show to three different installation appointments for 3G upgrade so then my house was unmonitored because of them. They did send a nice letter in the mail telling me it would be unmonitored and if I “didn’t do the upgrade” I’d still owe $1,000 on the contract. Wouldn’t be a problem if they showed up after I rearrange my work schedule three times!
Worst home security company. Never showed to three separate installation appointments. Don’t waste your time or money.
