This guide is way outdated - For the most part now days you can do this with Epic items - usually in the tier 10+ Range. You'll earn about 8-10 million gold per Gem now. Buy epic tier10 + with gems and post them for gold. Try to keep it 8-10m gold profit per gem (ie. 8 gems for an 80 million gold + epic)
