Safety Management System
The Safety Management System (SMS) is actively used in industries that manage significant safety risks, including aviation, railway, petroleum, chemical, electricity generation and so on. Almost all staff require basic SMS training in these kind of industries. The educational designs of safety are similar although the human error models (i.e. swiss cheese) improves attention. Therefore, I tried to explain the safety framework with the “baby model” so that audiences can watch without getting bored. I hope that you will find this video useful. If you enjoyed it please don’t forget to like and subscribe. Also, please let me know your thoughts. It helps my next videos a lot. Thank you and hope to see you again.

I dont understand this video
Dear Viktoria, You're right. In my first youtube video attempt, I tried to explain it very briefly and in general terms. If I make a new compliance monitoring video, it will be better.
It's so hard to understand but very interesting.
Dear Ivan, Thank you for your feedback. It was my first youtube video. If I make a new video on compliance monitoring in aviation, it will be better.
Great Video!

Thank you Mr.Anil for this video, very useful and interesting, I hope you continue to make more videos .
Thank you Mr. Essam. I'm thinking of making a new video.
Sir, would you kindly make a video about the duty and responsibility of corporate quality in airlines.... 🙂
Dear Tahmid, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a comment. In my spare time, I plan to start another video project. You can easily find duties and responsibilities from airlines' manuals.
There’s a lot of concepts going on in this video. It would easily occupy two days of class work analysing, complimented with discussions. Really...outstanding presentation!
I really appreciate your valuable comment. I tried to summarize a huge safety system with family and baby examples. I agree with you. At least two days of SMS training with group discussions will make understanding more enjoyable.
I want to reed more about airports quality control Would you mind suggesting papers or book
Dear Mahmoud, Thank you for your time. Airport quality is a very wide concept. There are a lot lof significant requirements that typically have to be met by an airport operator and operations at airport can be carried out by different operators, parties or companies (terminal operator, ground handling, security, customs, catering, shopping, car parking, transportation facilities, ATC, fuel, de/anti-icing etc..). All of above will necessiate a coordinated approach to provide the quality. Aviation renews itself every year and I recommend you focus on legislation side of airports. Because, compliance monitoring part of the quality is more important than the others.
I am starting my SMS course this year and this helps me a bit for the intro.
hello I've just bumped into your comment ... I'm about to take an online cours of sms can you plz recommande me some?
