I comment on the general performance of the class and give individual feedback, but my university would have my head if I told any student, let alone an entire class about my impression of a named student's paper. Grades, specific feedback, even attendance are confidential. Even parents paying a student's tuition aren't allowed any of that information unless the student retrieves it for them.
