I think you need to work on playing your natural shot shape

curious, do you head over to practice to work out your issues? or do you try to work it out on the course? I calibrated my clubs, and I allow the game to choose my club. whenever I override it, I am wrong. I am new to quest and thank you for introducing me to this part of the game. you should create some public goals and show your grind to improve. I would be curious to see what it takes to improve in "VR golf." I find I don't have a consistent swing and when it feels easy and smooth the result is great as with most sports. I played real golf 30 years ago and remember the swing but would like to see a comparison breakdown vs the VR swing. is it any different? what tips do you have on putting, any thoughts on how to improve? (answer in video not here) I made my putter extra-long and use it like a broomstick putter. keeping it still is a challenge bent over in VR for me. I'm late to the game so perhaps all this has been addressed. I have watched you for a few weeks now (subbed) and think since you seem to be on a golf + journey it would be more fun for you and us if you spiced it up. Create some goals at a bare minimum we can follow and create some punishments you're comfortable with to add next. even if they are practice punishments you can stream. We would get to follow your journey and see if you can find a path to greatness. are there many paths? I don't know. but I'd like to see at least one of them. Failing is great content as well!

How do you get the commentary? I never heard it before in Golf+.

You inspired me to play battle, with a low win ratio of 30% I ended up downgraded to Rookie. I found a few things, fast greens need practice so I now play normally on fast, players are better on weekends and evenings, I often find myself pitted against players who are higher ranked and I always have honers on the first hole. Lag can be very painful. But it’s always fun and good practice.

Love watching the pinhearst1 and 2 but what courses are worth buying? Because the iconic ones are £10-12 which is alot per course so for the others what would you recommend (say 3 or 4 courses?)

Castle Links is my FAVOURITE course in the game! On top of that its one of the free ones. Ive only paid about £3 for 3 extra courses (pitchPut £2, wolfcreek(review access),Torreypines which made the base game 23.99 instead 22.99) but despite that this free course is my favourite (No im not spending £10 for the stAndrews or pebble beach 'iconic courses' its ridiculous that there are nearly 30 courses and each cost £5-£8(£12 special ones). Probably the main thing that makes me love this course the most is its constant sunrise/set atmosphere and the lighthouse+castle ruins make it a VIBE not just a good course.

Great video! I don't know about you, but I probably lip out more than half of my putts! They are so close or it barely rolls over the hole. Ugh! :)

Love Golf plus... playing for 2 years now. When I quit playing real golf I was a 9 handicap. When I played pebble beach today at a +6.5 HC from Black tees, Middle Pins & with moderate winds. I shot -6 with 56 Feet of puts. I'm in my 70's age wise... the person leading shot -16 with 300 feet of putts....My personal opinion is there are to many Sandbaggers out there and their HC does not match their game....Clean it up!!!! Golf has to be a game of Honesty or it Fails the integrity test!!!!!

Great video! I have had the pleasure to play this course many times as a relative is a member at Castle Pines Golf Club. Golf+ did a great job of recreating the course (I'm not use to seeing the fairways though, but everything else)! Only thing they didn't get completely accurate is the speed of the greens, they are lightning fast, even faster than Golf+ Fast level! Thanks for making the video.

I got a quick question, over the past month my picture quality on golf plus has drastically declined, do you have any insight? It's like there's a bar half way up my screen where the quality goes to like 120p. any help?

I played here a couple years ago. It is a Stellar course. Had to log on and play it last night!

Graphically speaking, do you see a difference between this course and Pebble Beach? I know Pebble came out a while ago and was just wondering if course graphics have improved at all over the years. Thanks

wow, pro mode, I was -2 in amateur and love the course. Favorites are Te Ari South, Spyglass, Pebble the two hawaiian courses and this one.

Can you tell me what system you are running this game on? Im about to buy my first gaming computer. Your graphics look much better than my quest 3 alone. I get a lot of eye strain. Is this what running it at max specs looks like?

Nice round. Everytime I try to record a round, my ball gets cut off at the bottom of the video for some reason. Have you had this happen or do you use any special settings when recording?

what assist settings do you use? like power assistance, draw-fade, push-pull? i noticed when i am swinging with an accessory for the meta quest 3 i often get tracking issues, messing with these settings seemed to help but now i want the best!
