You can't sue them. No one was hurt, and also, with monster truck shows, you sign a waiver agreement that makes sure that you are aware that the show isn't responsible for anything that happens. Freak accidents happen, and it's just a risk that YOU take when you do ANY public events. Now, one thing that you could sue them for is if the driver deliberately drove into the stands. But that has never happened and likely never will. Dont be a sue happy Karen.
You take a risk going to a firework show, when you go to a football game , a baseball game, a truck show, a dragstrip show, etc. everything has a risk and they make sure are aware of that specially to cover their ass so that YOU CANT sue them. Its a risk you decided to take, they notified you so you where aware, its how they cover their ass. In all fairness (im an giant monster truck fan) they need to block off the first 10 rows or so like most other monster truck tours do. Granted most big monster truck tours would NOT allow people to sit as close as these people were. Some smaller independent shows do. But really Big tours like Monster Jam andToughest Monster truck tour have much more stricked policies on where spectators can sit. Kicker Monster Truck Nationals is pretty stricked about it as well. I cant tell what tour this is. It might be monster truck wars or something. Or someother super small tour.
