Why are you taking about us, unless you are talking about our reparations then you are doing what tethers do, you are making content and money off of us while doing nothing for us, once again you are making content about us fba, well how about on your show you start your show off by saying that foundational Black Americans deserve their reparations, this is what we are talking about.

No, you’re wrong. Sartre did not withdraw the preface to Fanon’s book. It was removed by Fanon’s widow after the 1967 Israel Arab war. Apparently, she was offended that Sartre defended Israel. Sartre supported the FLN use of violence in the Algerian Civil War. As for African Americans, your emphasis on black cultural nationalism is misplaced, and leads to nothing positive. Black Americans are not colonized. They are oppressed as part of the poorer quadrant of the American people generally. The only way out is to unite with American workers in socialist revolution to overthrow the entire rotten system. But all political and cultural nationalism by black Americans is reactionary and counter productive. It promotes division and separates black oppressed from the rest of the working classes. Black cultural nationalism has utterly failed to liberate black Americans and should be abandoned - we need class consciousness, not race consciousness. Nobody cares about skin color or ethnic background anymore. Focus on class consciousness, not race.
We are attacked as Foundational Black Americans who know that no matter our class, money will not save us in America. Puff Daddy is the most recent example. We deal with systemic racism on a daily basis, it is not just about being poor. Poor white people benefit from systemic racism. For example, Kyle Rittenhouse and Daniel Penny. You sound like an immigrant, where are you from sir?
We are not being nationalists because we are Americans, we are stating our unique lineage here in America, and we are not communist, and we only want our reparations, which gives us financial freedom from the racist, they can't control us if we have our own money and that is all we want at this point in time, because we have seen every single one of you immigrants come to America and treat us bad and think of us as bad while all trying to please the real bad Man.

It’s easy to do today as it was then. All you need are banks. Too bad our wealthy black billionaires and multi millionaires won’t come together and start opening banks for the black community, but I surmise the reason why is because we as black people really don’t have a unity mindset. Truth be told, we can’t trust each other. A black bank wouldn’t make it because we would expect more than fair treatment all the while defaulting on loans and such. We are our own worst enemy.

Boykin was a drop out who jumped from company to company. He was interested in and worked in electronics, but to put him on par with Tesla is laughable and just another example of this creators revisionist history.
Boykin patented as many as 26 devices. He is best known for inventing multiple different electronic control devices in guided missiles, IBM computers, and the pacemaker. One of his early inventions was an improved wire resistor, which had reduced inductance and reactance due to the physical arrangement of the wire. Boykin attended Booker T. Washington High School in Dallas, where he was the valedictorian, graduating in 1938. He attended Fisk University on a scholarship. Get a life bro.
What a gas bag this narrator is. Seems he knows nothing about Boykin. He even got Boykin's name wrong in the TITLE of his video. He incorrectly believes his name was "Boykins." not "Boykin." How humiliating for this creator.
1:54 "She created a remote system to unlock the door." She did not. This already existed for decades. She also did not invent the use of the intercom, either.
She invented a security system. She created a system, what part of a system you don't understand. Know one had a security door camera before she created it, point blank. She created a security door camera, nothing more, nothing less.
@@fbastoicnetwork I have a patent granted in 2001 that I invented and licensed pertaining to an integrated SYSTEM so I think I can speak with authority on it. So you actually believe nobody pointed a video camera, which was invented in 1900, outside of a door until 1969 ? Are you truly that ignorant ? Neither Mr. nor Mrs. Brown had the capability to design nor build a video camera...a technology that was produced DECADES earlier than 1969. All Mr. Brown invented was a pointless motorized mount to move a video camera linearly between peepholes. He nor his wife invented CCTV, the intercom, audio command control, nor remote control locks. All of that was old technology already invented by WHITE men. You need to learn how to read a patent before you continue to embarrass yourself with your faulty understanding of what these people did and did not do. Their patent story is about FAILURE, not success. Nobody purchased, took assignment, nor licensed their idea because it was useless. MOST patents are useless. If you want to post a black success story then make one about Thomas Sowell or Clarance Thomas or Larry Elder. Don't try to revise history.
Something tells me her Electrician husband had a lot to do with these solutions too.
I think you may be on to something. Lol Please Like & Subscribe
I doubt she did anything. From what I could read of the patent her husband simply built a motorized device to mount a camera on to enable it to look through peepholes. A simple and useless technology that they wasted money and time on obtaining a patent. Blacks did not invent video cameras nor the concept of home security systems. Nor did blacks lay the foundation for it. Or does the creator of this video honestly believe that even though the video camera was invented in 1900 it was Mrs. Brown who was the very first to say "hey, I can use this for security purposes to see who is at the door." By the way, the creator likens this to modern day ring cameras. Well, the uniqueness of the Ring camera is that it can record and store images. Brown's idea does not include that. This is black revisionist history, nothing more.
Black revisionist history.
I looked up the patent she and her husband filed. I don't see any reference to an infrared camera. Either way, the invention was a flop because it would have been too expensive to build at the time. The implication in this video is that the woman invented the video camera, which she most certainly didn't. She simply discussed putting a standard video camera in front of a peep hole and sending the video via radio to a receiver. Not genius. Ham radio operators were doing that since the 40s if not earlier.
I never said she invented the video camera. She was the first to invent the security camera. Brown’s invention laid the foundation for modern security systems. I never said she invented the infrared camera, her invention did lay the foundation for it.
@@fbastoicnetwork Your thumbnail clearly implies she invented the infrared security camera/system when she did not. You picked the photo. So you need to fix that. You conflate her (actually her husband's) failed attempt to implement OTHER people's established technology to create a system-with her having INVENTED the COMPONENTS of that system. This is very common for people who don't know how to read a patent. Or want to rewrite history. All her husband did was create a very simple motorized device to mount an already existing camera to look through peepholes. That's it. A pointless and failed technology as nobody wanted their "invention." If you didn't know, it flopped. She nor anyone black or female, invented the video camera nor the ability to transmit images/audio/commands to small monitors within a home for security purposes. This concept was already invented and well established by the 1940s and can easily be seen in almost every episode of the 1950s comedy show "Burns and Allen." Look up the history of TV and ham radio and you will find all the components invented and utilized decades before 1969. None of the inventors were black. The Brown's story is one of failure, not success. Their idea flopped because it was simplistic and useless. Nobody purchased the patent nor used it. Which is the case for MOST patents. Trying to ascribe other people's technology to a person just because she is a black woman is not only fraudulent, but morally wrong and divisive.
@@fbastoicnetwork Please show me the Brown patent for a "security camera." It doesn't exist because it was invented before she was born. You honestly believe that even though the video camera was invented in 1900 that NOBODY thought to use it for security until 1969 ? Stop misleading people with this video.
How can she invented the video camera if she was not a at least an electronic technician or knew something about electronics, you have to know how every electronic part works or something, she was just a nurse.

@fbastoicnetwork Say bruh I'm not going to argue with you, but I suggest you do some research, because you have it all wrong! EVERYTHING you named that Durham did or had came from Richmond, VA 10- 20 yrs prior to anything in Durham. Such as the Southern Aid and Insurance Company, the Mechanics, St Luke Penny Savings ( Maggie Walker ), also the Mechanics and Merchants Bank ( which still stands til this day, and recently closed within the last 10yrs ). Not to mention dance, music, and movie theatre's. There is also the HBCU Virginia Union founded 1882. Durham didn't have a HBCU until 1910. So like I said your information is misconstrued and straight up backwards! RICHMOND 804 IS THE BIRTHPLACE OF BLACK EXCELLENCE IN AMERICA!!!
@@804MRMAN You are arguing with yourself I said I agree. In the video, I said in the beginning, not the first. I did not start with Richmond cause that was after the Civil War I didn't want to go that far back. If you noticed, the video is about what was popping for FBAs during Jim Crow. Durham took it to another level, It spread across the country during Jim Crow, it wasn't just one city. That's why I started out with Durham. Like I said, I agree with what you are saying. That was not the point I was making in the video. What Durham did was a little different. Durham became a model for Black prosperity that resonated nationwide. Black Wall Streets spread across the country during Jim Crow. I'm talking about everything that happened during Jim Crow. I'm not talking about who was the first Black Wall Street.
@@fbastoicnetwork Lmaoooooo. No you keep lying though bruh! DURHAM DID NOT MAKE ANYTHING SPREAD! Where are you getting this from!? And you contradicting yourself because you literally used everything that was relevant in Durham during the 1910's which is the beginning of Jim Crow! And Oklahoma Black Wall Street ( Greenwood ) was already started before Durham. Smh. Dude you really really should do some research. It's weird that you want to continue a lie instead being a man and correcting your video.
@@fbastoicnetwork That's like history all always lie and say "Richmond was called the Harlem of the South" when actuality it should be "Harlem was the Richmond of the North" being that Richmond was the model PREDOMINANT black city in America at the time, and people from down here and other areas took what they learned from Richmond up north.
you DON'T want to hear this/but this is true...but when you walked into that township. there was a BIG sign that read, said... Great video. Thanks for helping me understand the FBA perspective. I was confused by all the talk in recent times, having only heard the term FBA this year. At 1st I thought the discourse was misguided and divisive and I think that impression stemmed from how the FBA supporters I was hearing from online were making their points through mocking and diminishing Africans which diluted FBA messaging. But the way you broke it down so articulately, with great points and minimal African diminishing ("5 dollar Africans" was perhaps unnecessary 😅 ) made for a great watch.
