In fact you should tell the name of the builder to all, so that they are careful.. rather than hiding the name and just gathering likes .. aapka maqsad kya hai .. logon ko aware karna .. so don't hide any thing.. and give solution for it .. I have also face the same issue with AIPL.. past 5 years they have not done anything.. I am still waiting for the lease agreement.. they just keep buying time .

How can i get all details of a project on rera , as in mp all details are easily available but not in u.p
Even when you go to the brand to pre close the home loan or personal loan, they would only take specific number of maximum customers, make you stand in queues for hours together outside branch, no water, no shades in heat. Never take loan from Banks.

To avoid a defamation or other case, you can simply choose to call a fictional name that rhymes with the original builder's name, eg: Dolf Pinks in place of Golf Links. Many content creators are doing this and are fine. So please explore, and if not, just mute kardo, wo beep ki jagah. Although beep se cheat karne wale builder ka naam ek gali hone ki feeling zarur arahai hai :)

Hi, I have booked a new flat in Gurgaon...when asked for BBA , I am told that it will be registered after making 25% payment Is this legal ?
This is not legal Saksham ji. A builder cannot collect more than 10% of the payment without first registering the BBA.

However, for home loan, the BBA is mandatory and now I have installment due next month. Ideally I wanted to make the next payment only after home loan is processed so that everything is verified. But now the timeline is very tight. Should I insist on making payment only after home loan is processed successfully ? Project is Rera approved but still I wanted to be sure

Lesson I learmt, dont wait for demand letter and periodically connect with builder team and ask for ledger to verify if any payment is overdue
