Although beep se cheat karne wale builder ka naam ek gali hone ki feeling zarur arahai hai :)

However, for home loan, the BBA is mandatory and now I have installment due next month. Ideally I wanted to make the next payment only after home loan is processed so that everything is verified. But now the timeline is very tight. Should I insist on making payment only after home loan is processed successfully ? Project is Rera approved but still I wanted to be sure
