I saw this in 99. I was in Montreal at the time in a bar and told an editor there who had just made a popular french movie. He was not impressed by the " hollywood crap" I had seen. 25 years later and there are now reaction movies to this movie. As for the movie he had edited I don't remember its name nor do does anyone else I suspect. experts are just an opinion. This movie is the GOAT of Sci fi genre.

Todd is just a complete psychopath He kills people without very much remorse at all. Even people he likes who he's killed he only has mild regret when done, and that is only because it comes as an inconvenience to him. He killed a child and barely batted an eye.

I'm so glad you watched and enjoyed this! It's even better that you felt satisfied with the story's resolution. I think I'd already started BCS but peeled off to watch it when it was released because I _had_ to know what happened to Jesse. It's a neat little appendix. One of my favorite scenes from it is the time-lapse overhead shot of when Jesse is ransacking Todd's apartment looking for the money. It's maddening to me when I've misplaced something and can't find it in my own apartment, so I can only imagine how desperate and crazed Jesse must have felt looking for something so important in someone else's! I only put together upon your reaction that the fake cop from the welding company is the same pedo cannibal cult creep who assaulted Ellie in The Last of Us.

Breaking Bad is a masterpiece. Not a single weak episode, loophole left open, or plot point remaining unresolved. Notice that Jessie's final interaction with Walt is an inversion of their first. If only Jessie had said "You want this? Do it yourself." at the beginning of all this. Now you have to watch El Camino! Find out what happens to Jessie.

I didn't like the ending that much. Skylar should have gone down in flames. I tend to want the antiheroes to make it. So Walter coming back to civilization to eventually get taken by the cops even if he was dead was not my ideal. I would have rather had him die in solitude where he was. But yeah it's one of the better shows in terms of never getting ridiculous but I do prefer shows that were amazeballs at some point even if they eventually went to hell like Game of Thrones, LOST, etc. The only show that was completely perfect was Dark, the German series.

This show ended so perfectly! Definitely worth a rewatch! If you haven’t watched The Lord of The Rings then I highly advise it!

Hey old friend👍 just wanted to drop in and say I’ve really enjoyed your breaking bad experience. Right up there with game of thrones back in the beginning. If I maybe so bold I’d really like to recommend Netflix’s live action adaptation of one piece. Brand new out and the best series of television all year and actually stays true to the source material with that manga/anime feel actually brought to life action. I think it would be right up your street and IMO a brilliant piece of story telling. Something we’ve been deprived of in recent years.

I say Jesse has more humanity then Walter because he always try to justify his actions when in reality he wanna do all these things and ogf course Jesse wasn't okay with killing someone abd Walt letting his girlfriend die poisoning his new girlfriend son and watching Todd kill that kid of course no one would be okay with all of that Mike wasn't okay with Todd killing that kid he had a granddaughter Jesse has a soft spot when it came to kids but he was doing good when he was working for Gus Walt kept him around just to manipulate him

Moral of the story: don't sell drugs.

Walt knew the police were there on the phone. He was trying to get Skyler off the hook. Skyler realises that part way through the call so she plays along.
