Hello i have some questions, if seller sent me the wrong describe item,just like scam , i use return , seller accept the return, but don't sent me any return label,what can i di?
The seller has 3 or 4 business days to either issue a refund or provide you with a shipping label. This should be visible on the purchase history screen. If the seller doesn't comply, you'll need to escalate the case to eBay and they will tell you what are the next steps.

@@LifeHunterWEI The escalation is located on the purchase history screen - same place as your return request. You'll click into it and eBay will ask you to provide a reason for the escalation from a dop down menu.

@@kevins5349The D-Pad? Have you tried iso alc? If you have, you can maybe try lifting the button slightly while applying the isopropyl. Pry a razor blade underneath it and carefully lift it. Only needs to come up a tiny bit

The seller didn't believe me when I told it about the return label, that's why I made the video. Unfortunately, the video didn't convenience the seller either. I sold the items a few weeks later.

Looks like your gearing is off. Probably time to get a new lens. Cost to fix will probably be about the same as a used lens

hi ihave a question iam very new to this topic of return labels. so i am trying to return a damage item for a refund on ebay, ebay recently told me that i need it to ask for a return shipping label, that had to be bought by the seller cause thats he's responsability. now how exactly is it sent physically to my adreess or by email and if its via email do i have to store it in a flash drive or something in that fashion and give it to the usps guys in order to resend free of charge? excuse my ignorance i really have little knowledge of how it works. just want to make sure on the mechanism.
