When on Earth is the scaffolding going to come down from that Missoni hotel on the corner of George IV Bridge? It's been up for over 5 years with no work being at all. Looks ghastly. A total blight on the Royal Mile and the Old Town.

Such a beautiful city. We'd happily live there if we could afford it.....rather, I'd happily live there. My Weegie wife would stay in the Sahara with the heat.

Ignorance and believing in conspiracy theories, and killing humans for being witches is an example of conspiracy theories, leads to inhumane and cruel actions. We are seeing inhumane and cruel actions due to conspiracy theories that ignorant people believe in the United States right now. Children in cages at the border anyone? Threatening those who work for and volunteer roles for voting? Making it illegal to have an abortion to save the mother's life because women are having abortions at nine months and even after birth as Trump has said? The big replacement theory? Believing Trump will save MAGA's from Democrats when Democrats are the ones that believe tax payer dollars should go back into communities to make life better?

Please, revise your narrative Janet Douglas was “ALLEGED” to have poisoned her husband, but she was INNOCENT. Because of her wealth and influence men wanted to be rid of her and knowing of King James’ superstitious fear of witches, convinced him that she was one. While a few men were executed as warlocks, majority of victims were innocent women, and they were killed in the tens of thousands across Europe. God bless Janet Douglas. I hope she still scares the hell out of evil men who pass by the side of her execution.
