If you think that those self-righteous Pharisees that you all hate came out on a HIGH HOLY DAY to hold a trial, that they left their homes after a Passover (which was not allowed), then you're beyond helping. You refuse to avail yourselves of information about 1st century Jewish culture because you need all this claptrap to be true.
Our apologies for the delay in responding to you. Thank you for taking the time to watch the video and comment on it. Sir William Ramsay, a prominent atheist from the late 19th and early 20th century set to disprove Christianity by researching the gospels (especially Luke's account). Instead, he ended up becoming a follower of Jesus. This was because the deeper he dug, the more he found that the evidence found in the gospel accounts was validated. In the ancient Jewish writings of the Talmud, Jesus is referenced as a sorcerer or black magician. The Pharisees knew He had power, but they didn't like his message, so they needed to discredit him in any way they could. It's no wonder that Matthew, Mark, and Luke record the Pharisees saying Jesus was possessed by the ruler of the demons and that was how he was casting out demons. The question wasn't whether or not Jesus cast out demons. They knew He did. They couldn't refute it. So, they just had to point to another source of power as they did in the ancient Jewish writings. These are accurate accounts of what transpired in the 1st century and the thousands of ancient Byzantine and Alexandrian manuscripts confirm this. If you seek Jesus with your whole heart, you will find Him and we pray that you do.
