Honey Nut Oats - A different way to make oatmeal for breakfast!
มุมมอง 2735 ปีที่แล้ว

I have different variations depending on what I have on hand; sometimes I’...

Roasted Cauliflower - beautifully crispy and caramelized!
มุมมอง 1795 ปีที่แล้ว
Hi everyone! Today I will be showing you how to roast cauliflower in the oven. Roasting is a dry-heat cooking method similar to sautéing, but instead of the stove top, it happens in the oven. This technique will allow all the flavours to concentrate, the cauliflower will form a brown, crispy crust as it caramelizes. Let’s get started !

Maybe mix spices together before adding
The amount of time you positioned each okra, i would eat five to ten at a time, with one single handfilled serving. 3:42
I cooked a little longer but came out excellent! Best not to cook on foil… thank you!
FOIL VERY BAD
Have never baked OKRA. Will do it
Try mixing ALL of the ingredients together first in a bowl and then add prepared okra. Covers better ✌️
Looks fantastic, thank you for the video! :)
These right here ⬆️ are my NEW LOVE💯❤️😋🥰❤️🤗!!!!! Being that I spend most of my week in my 18 wheeler truck 🚛, I cook these up in my air fryer....they turn out just as AWESOME, CRISPY & DELICIOUS!!! I just wish my lil frig in my truck was big enough where I can buy more than a pound! Thanks for the recipe!!!
I just made these and they came out great thank you for sharing!
How to store? How revive crispness? How long to store? I have heard, it’s healthy to eat okra everyday. I typically, purchase about 1.5 kg every week just for me, need to cook whole at a time to optimise weekly cooking time. Always looking for different recipes. I like baking & slow cooking, no pressure cooker & no microwave. At 78, an awesome hobby. Blessings & Best Wishes 💐💕🎶🎉 अश्वनी
I tried this today. LOOOOOVED IT!!! Thanks for sharing. 😄
Turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!
Thank you for sharing this recipe I tried to do it last year in a dehydrator and it turned out awful so I will give this recipe a chance and thank you for sharing. 🔔
Looks good I'll try this..
wpoooooooooooow.
cute voice. perfect snak
Thanks for sharing this healthy veggie snack
Yours looks so delicious. When I tried this recipe they dried out and was swindled looking. I tried it again and left them whole they came out better.
Always afraid of trying okra but I think I am going to like them done this way. Thank you for sharing 🤩🥰🙏🏻
Yummy
Ok I just tried this!!! I give it a 5 star rating, and even my husband really liked them---he is picky and sometimes does not even like 5 star recipes. I substituted animal fat for olive oil. Mine weren't crispy at 15 mins., but you could cook them longer. This is better than the traditional flour and corn meal batter fried okra in my opinion, and it is healthy!!!! Thank you so much Christine!!!!!
It looks so good!!!
I made this today! Wow! Super delicious. My grandchildren LOVED LOVED this! Super easy too!! New subscriber :)
It looks delicious .
Anyone know the measurement on the spices/oil?
She replied to someone else and said about a tsp each of each spice.
Season to taste .. lol Go heavy for best results
Looks DELICIOUS. Must try... Never had okra chips. Thanks for sharing! 😍
When I rinse it gets gooey...is there another way to clean them ?
Maybe clean before you cut them. The gooey is inside
Some video showed just gently pressing and rubbing a damp cloth over Okra to clean them instead of directly washing them under the faucet to avoid the okra becoming too moist..
You gotta write degrees celsius or fahrenheit for the sane world :)
If you see a temp like 450 you should know they mean Fahrenheit, as 450 Celsius would be almost 850 Fahrenheit and home ovens don’t reach those temps.
@@roberta5948 I know that but why should the audience have to sit and figure it out? Like literally this is basics of measurement. I am not asking someone to even give the conversions which is what should be standard since not everypne watching the video lives in USA. I am merely asking to use the unit. Temps like 450 are fine but what happens if someone says 250 - is it f or c? And even with your logic you are assuming someone would assume celsius and then convert to fahrenheit. but you do realise there are people in other parts of the world who would have clsius ovens and they might just assume it is c and go forward. And if I then have to look up general temp of the said recipe then why would I follow this one? I mean this is basic ettiquette for providing recipes. Also keep in mind not everyone watching the channel would be proficient in cooking. For some it might even be their first or second or the earliest recipes.
@@wrongturnVfor There is no way any sane person would interpret 450 as 450 Celcius. It's common sense honey
@@nadirahkhan783 read my reply above, HONEY. Maybe you will understand why the rest of the metric world wouldnt assume american measures to be SANE
Why you didn’t give a complete recipe? How many minutes we need to bake?
It said in the video 15 minutes at 400... lol
I love this simple and healthy approach to enjoying ochros. I'm definitely trying it this way .. No unnecessary additives ...
Looks good and easy, plus I like okra. I understand cutting off the top, but why the bottom tips? Seems like a waste.
I guess there's a reason for that .. I grew up doing it like that also ... cut off the crowns and the tails 😉
@@b.f.burton6888 There may not be a good reason. Why not eat the tails? I do.
@@murrayaronson3753 Would they burn because they are so small?
Just made these and 450 for 15min didn't work for me. I started with about 8lbs of Ocra. This is Alabama and I had to continue to bake at 250 for a few additional hours. I had 3 trays so it took a lot longer!
You my friend have just given me the perfect idea for breakfast.
Good recipe.... Which is the knife ur using ? it's very good
Thank you ☺️. The knife is a ceramic knife. The ceramic knives are great knives! I love them, they are very sharp and remain that way. The brand is “Sakkai”
Your presentation sucks
Scalloped potatoes never have cheese in them. Au gratin potatoes have cheese. Scalloped potatoes have milk, flour, sat and pepper, potatoes and onions.
Looks tasty.
Tried this came out vvvvvv 😛😛😛. My kids never ate okra . But with this recipe they want more 😀. Thank you so much
Could you put the measurements of seasonings for recipe
No need just sprinkle by the look
It’s about 1tsp of each spice :)
Looks delicious and I can't wait to try this recipe. This will be my first time cooking okra.. Looks easy enough :-) Thanks!!
Very good video! Good job, I like the short and quick style.
