Khadra M I think I was there for about three days. I stayed in the centre near the Acropolis so I only walked around to get to places. I think uber does exist. I’ve been around Europe and used uber there so I’m assuming there is uber there. 5 days is definitely enough. Maybe you’d want to go and take day trips somewhere else. 5 days is definitely way too long just for just Athens

@@Kae648 Ohhh I see. I stayed in Oia and just walked around. I went there early March, which is winter. So it wasn't too busy and not much stores are open and no public transport that I saw.

@@Kae648 I'm also going back to Greece for two weeks in September, but going on a Contiki, They'll be doing most of my transports. It's easier travelling solo that way.

Yes I did do a solo trip. The locals are so lovely and nice. They're the most welcoming people I've met. You'll have an amazing time. I never heard someone says that the greeks aren't welcoming, but they are. Although, some guys there would always cat call you no matter what.

Thanks! No, it actually didn't. But I think it's mostly because I'm used to walking a lot. And the bus would take you near to where you'd need to go anyway. I also had really comfortable shoes/sandals so that was handy!
