Landscape map is missing in this hotel…every rooms should have one with a mountain glossary. Staff doesn’t know the name of the mountains. Your room was facing the south and the Executive lounge was facing Five famous little mountains. What a beautiful hotel. The breakfast there is breathtaking… They use to have a Star Michelin French restaurant but now it seems that it is All day dining…

I went for the first time it was a little confusing no shoes on at all but it was sooo relaxing and such a beautiful scenery

This hotel cost me $6500. We were there for cancer treatment. I was told I have change room after 30 days. We checked out after 29 days and no one told me that after 30 days you don’t have to pay taxes. $936.00 we incurred because we didn’t stay 30 days. That month in August there was a galley fire. My girlfriend had to walk 26 floors to the lobby. When we checked out I had 3 credits cards and ask the front desk if he could split the bill into 3. The front desk screwed this up. We checked in at the Holiday Inn on 8 Avenue for 6 more days. My girl treatment was finished. Thank God, we are 6 hours away from here.

I stayed here in the end of June to July 2024 it was nice!

Hello Miss Tina, thank you for the tour video. How was your overall experience with HGU Team/Staffs? Were they courteous and helpful to you and their guests? Do they have laundry area? The reason why I asked is that I just booked now and we’ll be staying with them for a week. Also, do you have recommendations for places/restaurants/shopping to visit? 😁

Boston seaport Westin is the best hotel in Boston though

You hear the story of how this sleazy old town has people trailing me with Acuras like I’m lost lol. Stay away from this area. They tamper with your livelihood.
