Tour My Hotel Room: Ritz Carlton Budapest (May 2024)
I had the opportunity to stay one night at the Ritz Carlton Budapest and it was lovely. This beautiful hotel is centrally located, with spacious rooms and views of the Basilica. Nearby are plenty of shops and restaurants and the Danube River. I wish I had the opportunity to stay longer!

Hi! I booked the "Premier Double" room and I was in room 9491 which faced the lake so I think it is the City View. I think "River View" would be the other side like room 9483. Enjoy!

Hello Miss Tina, thank you for the tour video. How was your overall experience with HGU Team/Staffs? Were they courteous and helpful to you and their guests? Do they have laundry area? The reason why I asked is that I just booked now and we’ll be staying with them for a week. Also, do you have recommendations for places/restaurants/shopping to visit? 😁
The HGU staff is nice from my experience - very helpful. I don't recall the a laundry area. I didn't see a laundry form/bag in the room so I don't think they have laundry service, but you could ask the front desk. For shopping, you are very close to 34th street so the area around the Empire State Building and Herald Square (like Macy's) there are a lot of restaurants and shops. If you go to Park Avenue towards the north, you'll see Grand Central Station and next to it is SUMMIT One Vanderbilt (if you want to go and see views of NYC). Bryant Park is north off you and Madison Square Park is south of you 5-6 blocks each way. There are restaurants in those areas too. On 32nd street going west you will be in Koreatown - lots of great Korean restaurants, bbq etc. Hope that helps! Enjoy the city!

Yes there is a beach directly behind the hotel. There is a hotel stand on the beach to check in for towels and beach chairs for hotel guests.

To be honest I've been there 3 times and it was always in the middle of the week - like Mon Tue or Wed. So for me was not uncomfortably packed.
