This is a project I’ve been working on the last couple months, a 1/6th scale RC version of our 1962 Hustler. This vehicle is an early side by side that is full time 4 wheel drive with articulated steering and full oscillation. I am assembling a small machine shop with the equipment to make any parts that I may need to work on pre World War I race cars such as a 1928 Morgan/MG special hillclimb racer with a turbo-charged opposed twin mated to an MG 4 speed manual finishing in an MG differential. How well does the battery work out on the 559 mounted on the left non-drive side for folding? Are there any problems with the battery mount wanting to rotate on the frame tube? Thanks

Hey man you reckon a triangle battery would fit in the centre there? Looking at getting the same bike but don't wanna have to diy a pack to fit the frame, I'll be mounting one on top too but dual batteries would be awesome I got a lot of family a couple towns over. Also how sturdy is the bike? My friend is kind of huge and I want him to be able to ride it without breaking it.

I ordered the 42 tooth sprocket separately on Amazon, it is Deruiz brand and seems to work well 👍

I have the same body im currently switching mine to the pins because the body is a bit to heavy for the magnets and once the rc rolls the body flys off

@@ave5k470 yes it should actually work better, the higher the “AH” amp hour rating, the longer your run time will be 👍

Sorry I do not, I looked online and can’t find this model of bike so I’m assuming it’s no longer available, you could do this swap to any 26 inch fat bike though

what motor did you use? how far can you go on the battery?
Running an Ebikeling 1200watt 26x4 wheel motor kit from eBay, I’ve made about 28 miles on a trip depending on hills and battery usage
I have a bike that already has 27.5 in tires on it and I'm wondering if it'll work with 26 inch fat tires.
I would definitely measure before you order wheels, the forks are about 7 inches wide to accommodate the wide wheels
