What sport exactly….
Dr Kim, have you thought of resistant starch. White rice can be cooked the day before, chilled in the refrigerator for 24 hours, to let them retrograde, and reheated. This turns some of the starch into insoluble fiber. As a result, you only digest and absorb 60 of the calories. The remaining 40% feeds the gut bacteria to allow them to produce short chain fatty acids, which boost the immune system and everything in our body.
For Dairy products, the key ingredient of concern is casein. US studies show high risk of asthma in black kids.

Did anyone catch the name of the supplement that sounded like biomatic...the one that is supposed to close the junctions between colon cells?
Dr. Sanchita, the importance of right nutrition and morning sunlight in maintaining mental well-being is well explained by you, I find this video quiet useful - importance of whole food plant based, WFPB, is well established for overall health, thank you 😊
Great information made easy with great examples.

Dear Sandeep We would like to answer your question. Can you please elaborate it?

Clear and easy to understand. Thank you Dr Sanchita. Very precious advice
Succinct explanation of eating habits required to be adopted by all for a disease free life in today's day and age !
It's becoming established that we are meant to eat only plants. Our body is not meant to eat digest and assimilate animal flesh or animal secretion.... physiologically. So it's good to know from you that this might be a good way to also get better mental health. Please keep up the good work
Thankyou so much for these clear helpful tips!
Very informative and explained in a very simple manner. Dr Sanchita very good in convincing that should have plant based diet. Thanks to her my medicines are reduced and energy level high
Amazing and really helpful for the community !
Extremely helpful tips! Thank you for educating us
very good &helpful information about our modern life style thanks Dr. 🙏
Very appropriate explanation for the foods for the mental wellbeing
Very informative ma'am. Thank you
wonderful
What a bunch of crock. The carnivore diet will heal Diabetes. India is far, far behind the rest of the world on this. I suspect because the cow has been regarded as a holy animal for a long time. And India has a long tradition of eating predominantly plants. That is probably why India is highest in the world for autoimmune illness.
Indeed facts 💯
I am very happy that PAN India has made Dr. Williams' webinar available to everyone on the internet. Dr. Williams speaks very eloquently for the common good--the good of all his patients and all who seek better cardiovascular health. His points on the problems with beef, poultry, and fish are right on target due to their saturated fat, problems with microplastics, and their huge effects on global warming and the environment. I hope that as global society soon better understands that so much land should not be used or burned to feed cattle, pigs, and other meat animals. And that some land needs to be left for nature and the ecosystems we depend on for clean air and water and for biodiversity. If we keep eating 50 billion chickens yearly and 1.5 billion pigs yearly and billions of cows, we are using up about 1/3 of all grains to feed food animals and putting more and more pressure on the health of nature and the environment. Hearty thanks to PAN and to Dr. Williams for this extremely informative webinar to improve our individual health and also our collective health! Dr. Williams is a real treasure!
👏👏👏 **Modi made this diet possible for us** *ICMR diet per person Average Lowest rate* *Cereal* - 250GM @ 35₹/kg = ₹ 7.5 *Vegi* - 400GM @ ₹50/kg= ₹20 *Fruit* - 100gm @ ₹80/kg= ₹8 *Pulse* -85gm @ ₹80/kg= ₹6.8 *Nut&Seed* - 35gm @ ₹400/kg= ₹14 *Fat ( oil )* - 27gm @ ₹120/kg/liter= ₹3.8 what about Milk ??? *Total* = ₹60/person/day 1 day expenses For family of five person = ₹300 Five members family 1 month expense = ₹9000 ₹9000 for only food items ❗❗❗ ************************************* ICMR is truely insensitive 👎👎👎 😠😠😠
