Custom Made Drive Shaft For Project 2GR Mark X | Honda City 2003 Tuning & Arm Rest
Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing great! By the grace of Allah Almighty, we’ve successfully had the custom-made drive shaft for the 2GR Mark X fabricated. In the next part of this video, we’ll be installing it. Meanwhile, we’ve made some good progress on the City project as well. We completed a full general tuning, calibrated the gearbox, cleaned up the armrest we bought for it, and got that installed. There’s still a lot of work ahead for the Mark X, and trust me, it’s going to be way more exciting for you and just as challenging for me as you’d expect. @@rehmanistics I agree. But 4G15 is pretty expensive as you know. I don’t have that kind of budget. Currently my car is 4G13. Overhauled the engine 3 years back. Now it started eating oil again. What do you suggest?
@@shahzaibwaqar115 To go cheap you can use a thicker grade of engine oil or get it fitted with new rings or get it overhauled again. Best is to get a new head assembly of 4G15. Thank you!

Oil pump is malfunctioning, as well as auto-choking may be not working properly or the engine may have got weak. You may consult a good mechanic for a real time diagnosis. Thank you!

Btw the way you installed the air filter might put extra pressure on intake... Creating negative pressure inside the block.
@@danishawan6514 The aftermarket air intake was installed for a very short period of time. I replaced it with the original one again. Thank you!
Btw I'd like to know about the electric steering, can you guide in detail about that? Where did you find it, which car system was installed, does it work with car ecu and take in speed too?
@@danishawan6514 It is the genuine steering column of Lancer which is altered with Toyota Premio’s electric power steering motor and it operates directly with speed sensor and ignition. Thank you!
Good luck with this, these engines are notorious if not torqued properly... Hopefully this will last few thousand miles.
