All the bathrooms are underwhelming especially the master bathrooms. Disappointing. The rest of the house is nice.

The stairs to the basement would turn me off right away as a prospective buyer. What genius came up with the idea to put the stairs to the basement right in the foyer?? 😑 Also, the houses are crammed so tightly together you could probably hear the conversation next door. I hate new builds with a passion🤮. Want a craftsman? Buy an early 1900s one and revamp it yourself.

It’s lovely I like the big kitchen sink & white cabinets, the only thing I would change are the black fixtures, chrome or silver looks much better in my opinion but to each his own, I assume that’s what the owners wanted
