i was given this product from my boss to update the ads and what can i say except this company deserves less they dont share their manuals my boss had a ignorant employee before me and set it up discarded all the boxes and papers and was fired sometime ago , i have the software fine cool its in the sd card but theres no instructions anywhere online how to use video or gif the software converts it and puts it in the .bin fine but when my display loads any GIF at all it crashes powers off then back on and starts from the beginning its awful DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY CLEARLY SHOWN HOW LITTLE THEY CARE BASED ON THEIR REPSONSES TO OTHER COMMENTERS HERE ALONE

Why do the pictures exported to the card only show for 2-3 seconds even when specifying on the software to play for longer? even if I set them to 100 seconds (the maximum allowed) the pictures only show for a few seconds

hi I have your fan, and sd card but cant gat it work, you instruction vid is to fast and in English

I have figured out that you can not import any image, video or gif to play on this fan. If you will do, you will get animations which are mostly white color and you can not recognize what's going on. You can only play animations with transparent background. So if you are facing problem of white display, write on Google, "transparent gif" and import those gifs on card to run on fan.
