Angelic is a singer-songwriter from South East London with a sound that marries classic soul with elements of funk and reggae. Her debut single "Keep On Rising" embodies her eclectic musical style and empowering lyrical message.
Her musical journey begun at age 16, with a defining performance at Hammersmith Palace alongside the late, great Steve Walsh. Known for her magnetic stage presence and soul-stirring vocals, Angelic went on to grace the stage of Kisses Night Spot in Peckham, performing with Gordan Mac, the esteemed owner of Mi-Soul Radio.
Angelic's sound draws inspiration from female powerhouses such as Chaka Khan, Mica Paris, Nina Simone, Betty wright and Sylvia Striplin. Angelic was influenced by the eighties ,which cultivated her unusual content of self empowerment Her music not only pays homage to the legends of the past but also infuses contemporary relevance that speaks to a modern audience, making her a standout talent in the realm of soul music.
