I love the recipe but I just made a 5 lb chicken last week and it took almost 75 minutes to be done. It was open roasted on a rack. I cannot imagine how you got it done in 40 minutes esp packed in the pot with all the veg. I checked lots of other recipes and they all suggest at least 15 min / lb.
@@HB-zg6gs it was almost 65. 40 @ 375 degrees, then 12 @400 degrees. The Dutch oven retains heat well. Lol

Hi Carol Dianne, So glad your plates arrived and I’m glad you’ll be returning the broken ones. They are so beautiful and so whimsical. Love your Daisy Mae and Coco Bean they are so adorable. I’m planning in the near future to order the Cuisinart knife set you have in white, plus the Wolfgang puck cookware pieces. Hi Carol Dianne, this looks yummy and simple. Hubby and I are having burgers 🍔 tonight :) So glad all went well for you at the Driver’s License place. Thanks for sharing. I’m going to have to be a Sam’s Club member to get those special prices. 😊 Btw, the other day when I went to buy the ingredients for the ginger chicken, I tried to look for that pasta brand that you use, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m gonna have to look online for it. Also that Pasta sauce that you have. I’ve tried the basil and tomato and the garlic one too. Have you tried Barilla pasta? I usually buy that brand it’s very good but I can’t wait to try the one that you use if I can find it. Lol 😂 In the near future, if you have a recipe to teach us how to make Swedish meatballs and German chocolate cake lol 😊 would love to learn how to make that at home. I have your new email. Hi Carol Dianne those peaches look scrumptious and yummy. 😋 Ty for sharing this video on how to make peach 🍑 preserves. Where did you purchase the large vintage jars 🫙 for canning the peaches? Hi Carol Dianne, Wow those chicken enchiladas look amazingly delicious! Can’t wait to make it for my hubby. Would you say the enchilada sauce you purchased in the can is mild or hot? Also, which do you like better the corn or flour enchiladas in this recipe? Ty ❤

I can’t believe people do this!! I just started watching this and have to comment!!! Several years ago I found a standing wood burning stove in paper, called, the guy said he would hold it for me. I drove there the next day as planned via our conversation. When we got there, he said he sold it😱I was willing to come the same day we spoke, but he couldn’t that day, promised to hold it for me without a deposit, because I wanted to make sure I got it.
