@@zmiguelr I don't know of any fix at the moment. I saw the same post you were looking at in psnprofiles too. If you have PS Plus maybe back up your save and turn off auto uploading/syncing the saves. Then delete your local save to start over. See if the counter continues going up on that new save. Once you're done you can try recovering your original save again.

@ well I just started the game. Played a little, checked trophy list, Says store an item and I’ve stored lots and no trophy. Also, in my trophy list it says Madison Not Madison vr So I’m confused.

@@grahamkelly8662 yeah that's weird. Hopefully any new updates didn't mess up the trophies in the game. If you didn't get too far, try deleting your save file, start a new game and try to store something again to see if the trophy pops.

@ can you do me a favour? Take a look in your trophy list and see if it says Madison Madison vr Mine only says Madison and as there’s the flat game and vr game, I’d expect it to say Madison vr in trophy list. I don’t even own the flat version. And I will try deleting my save like you recommended and try again. I just don’t understand why it seems like I have trophy list for flat version and not vr.

@grahamkelly8662 so here's something weird. On the PlayStation App it just says MADiSON but has the MADiSON VR icon. On PSN Profiles It says MADiSON VR.

so how are you doing damage? im throwing clean hits but im onl6 averaging between 400 to 600 per round

You can get more damage by throwing more for sure, but I feel like I do the most damage throwing hooks to the jaw or the mid section. Try testing different strikes in the Training Dummy. I noticed that damage is inconsistent even on the Training Dummy.

I think those damage info flashes were enabled for me by default. I don't think my hooks are going through my opponent, but I feel like they're not inflicting that much damage on my opponent no matter how fast I'm throwing them. I do find my hooks flying behind their head at times, but that could just be my fault with inaccurate punches.

@@krack1llagaming I noticed the speed thing too, i dunno if it's the lag or in multiplayer they had to secretly slow everything down so animation don't get choppy. (cuz 0 issue vs dummie) I sparred amateur boxers who had years of experience, so I'm at least better than avg. And when I try to fight like real, i lose sometimes, when I just basically close my eyes and just do straight punches in general direction of opponent, mix in random left right left right hook like a dumb ass who doesn't think about where their head is at all, I keep knocking them out ... basically when I try, i lose, i button smash, i win. -_-

@@theportraitartxiaonan1370 I was afraid that would be the case with this game. I had similar problems with people throwing ridiculous hooks in Creed: Rise to Glory but at least they were limited by the stamina system (which is also something I disliked in that game). Good thing is this is still Early Access do they'll have time to get some feedback.

There is a small trick i discovered, just make ur boundry huge. U can make it smaller while ur in the game so u can move around just like in the old game

@ I tried too but at some point I was out of the ring 🤣. Do you say to make it big first by activating room scale and then resize it before fighting?

Yeah I extended my Quest 2 play space after the first fight and that allows roomscale like the first game. The fights from 21:28 use roomscale.

Thanks! I'd still rather play twitchy multiplayer games natively on my TV, but I like that this isn't too bad. The input lag definitely depends on the Internet strength on both ends.

The graphics and image quality are better using the PSVR2 on PC, but I still prefer playing with the Quest 2 natively. It really is nice not having to worry about stepping on that PSVR2 wire.

I'm using a Kinect from the Xbox One with this software called LIV. I don't have an actual green screen setup so the Kinect gives me that virtual green screen effect. It's not perfect but it's good enough. I made a video a while ago on how I did it while using Quest Link. Hopefully nothing has changed between that time: th-cam.com/video/PQGCefM34nc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NYqkWiZ2mJHtQG7s It used to work natively with the Quest 2/3, but I think it broke at one point and LIV is actually partnering with Meta to re-integrate it in.

I haven't checked myself, but there should be people playing this game still. You may run into the same people depending on what time you play. I'm pretty sure it's cross play with Steam (and Quest) as well.

I use this software called LIV to record the mixed reality footage with a Kinect camera. In the game I turn mixed reality on which outputs the characters over a black background. Then in OBS take the LIV output and color key out the black background then add my Kinect footage as another source behind that. In short, it wasn't easy and it's really complicated haha.

I don't think you can do it with just a PS5/PSVR2 and a Sony webcam. It looks like you can't move your webcam position on the PS5 to fill the entire screen. If you have a capture card for your Mac you can send your gameplay to OBS and use a background removal plug-in with your webcam. That'll give you more freedom to resize and move your webcam footage around. You can also try using PlayStation Remote Play to capture your gameplay without a capture card.

I can still get it to work with LIV but I think it's not officially supported anymore because of some Quest 2 updates that messed it up. I made a comment about it on Reddit that might help you get it working for this game at least: www.reddit.com/r/ThrillOfTheFight/s/dLvwSeHqPg Also in this specific "mixed reality" setup in this video, the output from LIV would show a black background so I had to use a color key filter in OBS to remove that and show my Kinect camera footage.

Thanks! I think it's hard enough to understand how VR games feel without being in the actual headset. At least this way I can match my physical actions with the game and give a little more context to gameplay footage.

Yeah that feature was so good. The Kinect is working for me because I have no room for a greenscreen anymore. I remember iOS had some background removal features with LIV too. I don't have an iPhone to test that out though. There's also Nvidia's background removal too if you have an RTX video card.

Maybe this will be available when they release on the Quest or PC using LIV mixed reality.
